Hmm, sometimes I play 5 Aside football on a Thrs night and Tues and Wednesday over here are usually when big football matches are on TV. Thursday could probably work, as I could just play after or before Thrs evening football.

By rights, Mikemetroid and n9195v should be on the same team as they are both from the North East region and P.A is not a part of the South, but it is what it is now. If we do this again, it has to be Team Region based! Not who wants to play with who, but that's partially my fault for not be 100% clued up on what states are in what areas.
"USA" team for n9195v and Johnny Rook. Seeing as they have no one to play with and are in different regions to each other, I have placed them together and if they want to recruit anyone else from anywhere in the U.S., they can.

EDIT: I forgot to add, is everyone happy with playing twice a week? I suggested Weekends and a day during the week (wednesday) but a couple of you have asked if this perhaps be changed to a Thrs or Tuesday.

Thursday or tuesday would work much better for me as well. Cant play at all wednesday.
 
Hey guys, this has been a quiet thread for awhile!

I'll start putting together some schedules on the assumption that the teams listed so far will be the only teams participating. If I set the meet ups for Tuesdays and Sundays, is everyone alright with that? If there are people that can't do certain dates for whatever reason, im sure a matter of simply swapping the Tuesday to the Thursday or the Sunday to a Friday or Saturday wont be too much of a problem.

I know fr stack and tesus are currently using different GT's so i'll change that nearer the time if they are still on those diff accounts.

Remember guys, during the meet ups not everyone on a team is required to be there, but SOMEONE has to be there, even if it is one person representing their team!!
 
Played some intense matches with Flag and Beatdown... I'm so rusty, made a ton of rookie mistakes and working on perfecting my cyrax :)
 
Oh yeah, GG's to iVital and Beatdown!

And Beatdown, beat me down. I think I only took a coupla games off of him.

I personally think Baraka has good odds against Mileena, despite the hoo hah that she has no bad match ups. He has everything needed to overcome her.

After I played you two I dusted off Sindel and I forgot how good she is. Trynna use her levi cancel in my gameplay now. I think my Freddy is coming along quite nicely as well. QC I find a bit boring now.

With 6 teams that tournie should run for around 5 weeks, on the basis that everyone plays everyone twice.
 
In the space of 5 weeks though, your team will be in 10 battles, each one occuring around every 3-4 days.

CSZ can be beaten. His biggest weakness is anyone that has instant air fireballs. If you zone him and zone him well with iaf, he struggles. He also has no armour moves, apart from invincibility on starting frames with wake up and his teleport is total garbage. I actually find KL is a hard match up for CSZ as well.

He's a unique character, but like the other two robots, capable of massive damage.

I thought it might be an idea if each team had a Captain which would make organising and communicating a lot simpler.

I thought I already added Ex to Team South and okay iVital. That's me, MoFaT and vital for captains.

Exemery I will be starting this first chance in January. I'll put up some schedules in a coupla days time.

How does this look guys? Of course I could try and make it look a bit fancier or whatever, but how does that look for now?

I made a League Table in Excel, and converted it to a Jpeg. I can just adjust the scores in the Excel chart I have each week, then copy the chart and convert it into a JPeg and just update the thread regularly so everyone see's how they are doing.

As we are online there is naturally no home or away advantage, so the Home and Away just represents playing twice. Once I put the Round Robin Scheduler together, everyone will see who they are playing, and these things auto account for "home" and "away" so it will all work out fine.

Teams have till Dec 30th to "recruit". After that, no new people can join a team. Remember, teams are a maximum of 5 players. Most teams have 4 or 5 already, but I know there are a couple of smaller teams.
 
Captains:

EU: cactus flagg
Canada: I MoFaT I
USA: The Johnny Rook
Dirty South: imme224
Virginia: Mike Riazy?
Texas: luxul

Its the duty of the captains to msg each other to arrange times for match ups, relay scores, etc.

I HAVE PUT IN DATES FOR WHEN MATCHES WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE FIRST PAGE.

You can see you are facing on each given date. Matches will typically take place on a thursday and a sunday but could be subject to change.
