Episode 3 was pretty cool; I like how it started like an actual Entertainment show and showed Cage's past; the cameos from Shaun and Ed were pretty awesome too. Ed Goodman haha. Now we wait for the uncensored version...

Off-topic: I didn't know Electric Playground was still running; does it only run in Canada? If it does, that sucks :/
 
i cant understand why anyone would say it was a "bad" or "weak" episode, looked pretty solid to me. and you cant fault the acting or fight choreography on this one we're dealing with a web series here folks. imagine what kevin can do if he has the budget for a full length movie
 
I found this pretty interesting. IGN did a review for Episode 3 and gave it a 3 out of 10. Funny thing is though, the reviewer is getting rocked in the comment section, and I agree with the people leaving comments. If anyones interested: http://tv.ign.com/articles/116/1164106p1.html

One of the things he said was that there were none of Cage's signature moves in the episode. -_- Pretty sure I saw one early ;)

I guess thats another reason why I don't put much stock in reviews lol.

I said it was weak simply because they could of done it completely different and soon got boring. I'm still looking forward to the rest of the episodes but it is certainly not the best episode out of the three so far, in my opinion.
 
Okay, I really, really need to gush about this episode.

The first two episodes got me pumped because they were pure badass this one... It's just the story. I'll start off by saying I never liked Cage, I found him annoying and overly-****y (there's a limit where it's just annoying - I know that's the point but even then it just annoys me a bit much). Legacy Cage though, my God I think I have a man-crush. Throughout the whole story I really felt for the guy and quite liked how he acted, towards the end I just felt angry as Hell, I mean even I wanted to beat those guys up! Cage's fighting style was beyond awesome and AH! I just love this so much. I guess I just love when a piece of fiction is good enough to completely change my outlook on a character.
 
Boon cameo was the only good thing about episode 3 for me. I am not buying into that Cage at all. I miss the attitudinal, one-liner-spitting Cage that Ashby ( <3333333 sex on legs <33333333 ) portrayed. This guy is just a pity case.
 
This weeks episode was the best one yet in my opinion. I am LOVING this series and I really hope all of these episodes get a Blu Ray release once its over

Was that supposed to be Shang Tsung at the end of the episode?

Yup, thats Shang Tsung himself. Kinda weird looking how everything just froze when he walked in lol.
 
according to imdb that was sektor??? or maybe he plays both lol. I was not down with this one either it seemed forced if that makes sense.
 
Shang Tsung was listed in the credits immediately following the video, so I assume it's Shang Tsung.
 
Oh really i must have closed the window. I just looked on imdb and saw the guy and it said he played sektor. Learn something new everyday.

Yeah, its still running, however, its a daily show now. They just dont focus on video games anymore, they focus on all forms of digital entertainment, with video games being its main focus though.

Oh, thanks Taj. I used to love watching that show on G4 when it was Vic and Tommy. Hopefully I can find a way to watch it again.

Haha, Vic and Tommy were awesome, now its just Vic and a bunch of other people because Tommy left to do his own thing. G4 Canada broadcasts the show, along with City TV. I think you can watch full episodes on elecplay.com

I thought the Cage episode wasn't that bad I was pretty excited to see Boon in it... and Kitana and Mileena next week... I swear this series is bad ass so far.... I like how they are doing it so far!!!
