Lol, they don't have to make us want more considering the first few months of promotion for this game was absolutely abysmal. They did a good job already back then!

Look at the end of the day, I think all of us on this site are grateful that they do these streams. At the same time though, we can reserve judgment on how they are based on their mannerisms and vibe while watching them. Personally I think they're extremely annoying.

And I read your edit to your original post, comparing the NBA 2K series to MK is a bit like Apples to Oranges. You know you're getting a game every year unless something messed up happens, you know the roster, and you know there is going to be some gameplay improvements and new features.

We don't really know what to expect from roster, game modes, gameplay even when it comes to the announcement of a new MK. Hell, we can't even accurately predict when a new one is going to come out before they announce it!

Well they are a hella lot better than Smosh( though personally I didn't find them that bad)

but speak for yourself on that one. I called it a long time ago. I told my friends that I knew that the next MK was coming out in April of 2015. They are on a two year cycle with games coming out in April, so...

Agreed. Tyler and Derek do an exceptional job running these streams. They have pretty outgoing personalities and are pretty good at the game itself. Granted Tyler drops combos but still it's fun to watch them go head to head even if it's one sided most times. It appears people don't like Derek much. I don't have a problem with him. Hell without him there wasn't even a match at the end of the Story stream. He contributes to these streams and Tyler serves as a good host and is does well at getting the guest developers talking about the game when there are times there are those awkward pauses.

Hector Sanchez and Hanz Lo were cool but they wouldn't be having head to head matches on these streams. For MK9 they just sat on a couch and talked. Not nearly as entertaining.

Yeah, they're fine hosts, but they do tend to get annoying at times when they don't drop their lame running jokes ("wow, almost talked on that one, phew"/"wait for the last person that's still subscribing.... okay now").

or whichever one of them breathes out heavily after every intro because not talking for 15 seconds is hard. I don't see how they have a hard time with not talking during the intros. It makes me feel like they have ADD or something.

They're just trying to be cheesy with their humor. Is it successful?
Yes and no.

They ARE being cheesy, but it's NOT entertaining, it's annoying.

Hector went to work for another company, but Hans has been there since the early days bud, there's any interview about Mortal Kombat DA Were he still had really long hair.

Really hope that guy is again on a wedding, I hate the battle for the belt, that is such a boring part of the cast.

Hope to see Mileena and Erron, or one of the new kids in action.

It's more interesting than last week's finale though. I'd rather see some fun competition than a whole lot of nothing.

they've already showed plenty of characters and didn't say anything about online (netcode specifically) which was downright awful before

I would say we should be grateful but someone would use that story along the lines of "You can give me crap smothered in sprinkles with a cherry on top but its still crap so I dont have to be grateful!".

I love the streams, and I like Tyler. I'm grateful for whatever they show but it would be awesome if someone could ask them about the netcode, just to see where they stand with it.
