Major Announcements Next Week!

I'm gonna place my money on a demo sometime soon. It's the only thing that comes to mind with those quotes in mind. "Something we've never done before", "PAX won't be the only place". Just seems like it's hinting at a demo. I've stated my opinion on how much a demo could help the game's reputation on anyone who is doubting it's quality, and it could also help them fix any noticable bugs or problems etc. If it's as good as it looks, a demo can only help the game.

So don't count on seeing that dude covered in ranch...thank god. That sounds quite disturbing, and even more disturbing how many of you seemed more than excited by it. lol

it could also mean that there going to show tag-team Moves/fatalitys thats somthing different....i figured a different therory then the demo. you NEVER KNOW!!!!!

It's honestly the only thing that could reasonably be deducted by those two comments coming out on the same day. Just today Ed Boon posted on his twitter "reaching the final stretch, blah blah, excited how our game HAS COME OUT". Meaning they are freakishly close to finishing, or have finished the game. I think now is as good as time as any to at least ANNOUNCE that they are going to release a demo, whether it be via kiosks in Gamestops, or downloadable from PS3/Xbox360 marketplaces online. If it's anything else I'd honestly be shocked.
Sure the NRS studios hyped up Noob Saibots reveal as "Internet breaking news", but "internet breaking news" could of implied sooooo many things. This is a different story.
And hey, if I'm wrong, either way you guys will be entertained by my epic failure. It's win/win.
 
My guess is that one of the announcements will be that the game is finished and ready to ship, and they are going to celebrate by unleashing a massive flood of informations, including something they have never talked about.
And some Rayden footage.

In this thread? I'm sorry, but I didn't see it before (just saw Tim Static post it on Twitter). Didn't mean to post it as if it were new, just thought it'd be funny to get in on some of the crazy (and funny) speculation. I'll make sure to skim the entire forum the next time I post. ;-)

(And I get negative rep for it??? Ouch.)
