Im supposed to jizz my pants over some scrub spamming shadow tackle the entire match? Was this tournament for money? God I hope not. I hate to toot my own horn or be arrogant but I know for a fact I would have destroyed that guy running Noob
 
Lol I would've been pissed at that Noob player. That is just ****ing annoying. Not even one single use of the characters moveset.
I was ecstatic when that Jade kicked his ass, made me think twice about her.
That Kitana 50% juggle was amazingggg....
I didn't realize how good of a zoner Kabal is if you time his blast just right in the air.
The rest was boring spam fests
 
I'm impressed. I'm impressed because, even at tournaments, people still get completely owned by spam. It's like this weird paradox that people can't get out of, except for those elite players that take their time to actually master their characters to a point where they dont fall for that lame shit anymore. Kodos, sir.

i've only seen me online playing Jade, so it's good to know that someone plays her at a tournament level lol
 
why are people hating on the noob saibot player? um, that's the whole POINT of using noob saibot. if you pick noob saibot and try to bust out super-human combos or rush attack, you're obvioulsy clueless on how to play the character and need to use someone else.

noob saibot is supposed to do nothing but spam his shadows, then execute 1 of his 4 combos when an opponent gets in too close, to push them back to the other side of the screen.

geez, you all act like you think noob saibot is supposed to be a rush-down, combo master. lol
 
What was I supposed to be watching? It looked like two very average players going at it. That was stupid.
 
Text book Saibot: perfectly spaced clones giving him both chip damage and meter for breaker in case liu manages to get in. TK and teleport as necessary.

RIP played the match-up.

Yeh like all those lui kang scrubs online, doing combos but only 1 combo all the time... who says which playstyle is better or "noobish" you...? If you play as NoobSaibot, u dont wanna go infight to do a Combo, makes absolutly no sense at all, so he should just go in and try to do stupid combos just to not look like someone who YOU think is a "noob"? Get a clue please, srsly.

That is a straight up lie noob has some really good kombos that are easy to pull off. I guess those who main him are lazy and make excuses. Rather just spam
 
I love how michealangelo lost to the other Kabal the first time, then took him 6/7 matches the next time he played him

That is also a lie, only someone who never played Noob longer than 10 Minutes can say that. if you Main as Noob, and u play vs someone like Luikang... u will NEVER choose to go in and do a combo if you have a CHOICE to do shadows or a combo.... are 90% of the peeps here are to stupid to think logical or what? or just beeing trolls? srsly it annoys.

Its like saying, u play as reptile, u got the choice to do Spit spaming from far or you can land a good juggle with a ball, what will you do? Yeh sure you would do the Spit spaming, right? God sake.... let it rain some brain please.

This. Even Tom Brady plays Noob like that, zoning his shadow clones and keeping people away from him. That's how Noob is played, you can call it "spamming" or whatever, but you're only being crybabies and real newbies if you use the word "spamming"
 
I still think its bull shit.

You see great Kabal & Kitana players, using masterful combos and cancels and whatnot.

But then you see this ass-hat mashing down-forward X.
And winning!

Its like when coaches call time-outs during field goals.

no its spamming

zonning is were u pick and choose when to throw the projectile to keep the opponent away. not just one after the other over and over.
