I honestly cannot believe that anybody believes this. They can't and WON'T do this. Do you guys seriously take this stupid ******* hip hop gamer guy seriously? He's such an idiot. And unreliable. I mean, he called Kratos in just because they said that they'd be interested in it! He didn't know. And he doesn't know this know. He's a ****ing asshat. Sorry for the bad language, but my hatred for this guy is like no other. Imo he gives a bad name to gamers. I don't want people thinking that the majority of gamers are like this guy

Making kratos a permanent part of MK is an awful, awful idea, sounds like something a PS3 fanboy would come up with before thinking it through (and I say this as a PS3 owner). He already has his own game, hes in God of War, leave him in God of War, don't start trying to work him into MK as a proper character, its just a recipe for disaster and compromises the integrity of MK and its story. I can't see NRS letting that happen after they've just rebooted the franchise and put so much work into building such a good story for it.
And theres absolutely no way MK would go platform exclusive, the days of platform exclusivity for thirdy party games are essentially over. The closest you get to platform exclusivity these days are different bonuses depending which platform you buy the game on (such as Kratos). Gone are the days when Sony had a stranglehold with the PS2 and could make exclusivity seem like a good deal, 360 is selling more and has a bigger market share than PS3 even these days so no third party developer in their right mind is going to exclude either platform. Remember when GTA was a Playstation exclusive? And then with GTA4 it went multiplatform and actually went with 360 as its lead platform? The times they are a changing.

I sat behind HipHopGamer at the Sony Conference at E3 2009. Sony got him to scream and yell at every single thing they announced. During the Uncharted 2 footage me and my group were about to tell him to shut the f up it got so obnoxious.

There is no way Mortal Kombat would go exclusive to Sony. At this point exclusive's are almost becoming a thing of the past. 3rd party developers pretty much can not survive with just exlusives now and realize that they would make a lot more money going multiplatform.It is almost the exact opposite now a days. Companies are trying to get away from exclusives. Just look at Metal Gear Solid which was pretty much an exclusive to Sony, jumped ship just because they knew they could grab a wider audience and a bigger profit with two consoles. As far as Kratos being a permanent character in the game, I doubt it but it has happened before. Look at Yoshimitzu from Tekken. He ended up being a permanent character in the the Soul Calibur franchise and he started out as a guest character. The only reason I doubt that Kratos would be a permanent character in the Mk franchise would be because of conflicting story lines between Xbox and Sony.

Cant believe people actually believe this clown even if kratos were to be in some newer MK games he wouldn't take part in the story get that through your heads people and quit complaining. Same goes for them xbox fanboys if you don't own the system then don't complain.

If Kratos is permanent I bet this means he's permanent in ARCADE mode only. They're not going to make a different storyline just for Xbox.. and I doubt MK is going console exclusive. The idea of letting a character from a completely separate franchise start altering events in another is insane. Might as well let Jack Bauer blow up the Death Star.

But that doesnt mean I BELIEVE him like some of you are doing. He has no sources, hes just enjoys being cummed on by Sony and swallows every bit of it, thats how big of a fanboy he is.

And to the people saying storyline isnt a big deal, well guess what, it is for this game and you better get used to it. And finally 360 players should feel happy instead of "deprived" that theyre versions are getting pure Mortal Kombat like in 1992.

Wow, it must not take a lot for things to make sense with you. As someone who isn't pre-dominantly a God of War fan, I could care less. Although, I couldn't largely expect the sole owners of an Xbox 360(next-gen wise) to be so cozy with the idea. You shouldn't make assumptions based on speculation. This will never be set in stone going forward. That'd be ridiculous.
I'm guessing this is a joke, or maybe you're just vying for attention. Either way, I don't care.
A real MK fan wouldn't "jump ship" over something so trivial.
