Very true, but i think what everyone is complaining about is the fact that she died and we're no even given a chance to miss them yet

2- seeing as how they found out that Mileena wasn't Kitana during the events of MK9, I think she would have realized she needs to dress as her to be passed off as her

The only thing with the Deception thing is that she was wearing pink. But that's not really a big issue.

And yeah, they could keep it as Kitana, but at least mention it somewhere, most likely her biography or STUNNER plot twist ending revealing.

Those were just two things I found a problem but yeah I get what you're showing here. :-)

In the previous timeline didn't Mileena and Kitana grow up together though? So it would make sense back then if her troops knew of Mileena. They kinda changed that dynamic though considering that Mileena was just sorta created later in Kitana's life to be a replacement.

Apparently, the pink color may have been for gameplay purposes, since I'm about 90% certain that Mileena is also depicted in Bo Rai Cho's MKD ending as wearing Kitana's blue outfit.

Regardless, she was "born" knowing how to weild sais, fight along-side warriors who had been training their entire lives, and use magic. Doesn't seem like she'd have to work all that hard to learn how to use fans haha.
Now something that I think is sorta telling (I cannot stress 'sorta' enough) is how, during her fatality, she jumps on her victim and straddles them after slicing their hands. Seems like some shit Mileena would do imo.

Kitana is known for her fighting style with her fans though. She's trained her whole life with them, and 10.000 years is a loooong life. Mileena is just recently made.

While you cannot really see her (unless you want to count the face that's sort of there), this line is there
"Kitana gave him command of what remained of her army, and he led them to battle against Baraka's mutant foot soldiers. The new army of Outworld crushed the Tarkata vermin, and Baraka himself was bested by Bo Rai Cho's attack."
"Kitana" at this point was probably Mileena and offered her soldiers as a way to take out Baraka who had been trying to kill her.

re-read what I had said. She was "born" being able to fight people who were almost immortal. She's not like a human. She's a vicious warrior. Figuring out how to use magical fans doesn't seem outside of the realm of possibility with her.
 
Well, I stand corrected on the issue of a blue-colored Mileena, but nonetheless, Mileena was mentioned in Bo Rai Cho's ending using Kitana's name as part of a hoax to deceive the Outworld/Edenian soldiers (BRC didn't even know about it either). And even if Mileena was carrying Sais and wearing pink, those soldiers still were not suspicious of her due to the fact that they still believed her to have been slain at Kitana's hands. Only Baraka (who led the other side of this particular conflict) knew about this particular hoax.

Trash was talking about her being visually there, and dressed in blue. Which isn't the case.
And I also don't believe that Mileena knows how to play with fans, until proven otherwise. 10.000 years of training VS "she's born with it"... I'd go with the training being better.

Agreed. Still hard to ignore the fact that Kitana is dead at this point though so clearly she fooled Bo Rai Cho.

As would I, if this was a normal person. However, we're dealing with someone who was made through sorcery.

Either way though... I'd much rather prefer to see Mileena as Mileena in MKX, using her sais and being badass as always. ^^

Agreed. And to be completely honest, I don't care all that much about the revival of the older characters. A few months ago I may have said differently, but meh.. What's there to be upset about when the characters are as well executed as they have been. Kitana looks great. That whole scene with Sindel in MK9 never sat well with any of us. It never really appeared that she did kill anyone (despite their 'souls' being controlled by Quan Chi).

I wanted no one that died to return whatsoever..But I kind of knew that some of them were gonna return.
Still, Kitana looks sick as hell. :tee:

Yes. Now we need TANYA at least. Jade would also be a perfect addition but at least have TANYA in the roster!!!

And looking at her closely, her eyes look similar to her MKSM look.
