Kid NOVA has the best design.

The one on the shirt looks like DBZ and he has a tail. wtf. The armor looks uninspired.

Yes, but then that's why they screwed up Smoke in MK7, when he was a creature made of Smoke and so forth. At least Smoke isn't that Smoke entity from MKD...

I actually like the human forms of all the male ninjas and all the female ninjas

Making Smoke a Stoner, as silly as it looks on paper, would've been a better idea than what they did with him in MKD.

Is f***ing awesome! Seriously, I'm one of those people who would like a more human looking Reptile. And while I can see how NR wants to make there characters more distinguishable and so made Reptile look like, well, more of a reptile. I hate his reptilian look. I'd prefer it if the reptilian look was more hinted at.. like the way it is in this picture, how his skin tone is greenish and you can see his brow and eyes look reptilian. Yet he still retains more human appearance. Love the tattered ninja suit as well.
 
I did some touchup to that concept of Reptile that's been going round.
It had some proportioning issues that bugged me, and I fixed the huge waist and scrawny arms and shins.

Hell, how can people like Reptile's MKDA design?? This was the worst thing which happened to this character! When MK4 came out I hated Reptile's look, but compared to DA it wasn't even bad. There is a MK9 mod with his MK4 costume: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGiuL00wvA0

I really love this design from above. The best one which exists, for me, is the one from MKSM. It was a great combination of ninja and reptilian creature. Both green and white skin versions.

I rather liked Reptiles MK4 & MK9 appearance. It really separated him from being a "carbon copy" character from Subz & Scorps. I don't think Reptile should look like a human, but rather have the appearance of one until face to face with an opponent.

His worst look IMO was his MK:DA look. I know they tried to explain the whole devolve situation but i think that was too drastic!

His MK:SM look was pretty decent as well.

So for me i think if they bring back his "Human" look it should be as an alt. or DLC like in MK9.
 
I like human reptile. I think the reason why he had the human form was because of magic so he could use it as a disguise when in another realm. But seeing as he could turn invisible there is no reason for him to look human unless he wanted to "blend with the crowd".
 
I really hated MK9's Reptile, I understand that they want to make each character unique, I'm cool with that...I don't mind reptile being...reptillian, but he still needs to be cool, his movements and sounds in MK9 were straight up wacky and the design was just funny looking to me, NOT intimidating at all...his face looked like some kind of weirdo green burn victim, and he looked toothless...and with the mask on he just looked like a beaked turtle man...turtles are not exactly threatening.
