How awesome would Spawn have been as guest character

I feel that Spawn would have been awesome. Being a huge fan of Soul Calibur in general and Soul Calibur II specifically, I never felt Spawn fit in 100%, and I always resented his lack of a cape (visually). I would venture to bet that current tech could properly show off the varied abilities of his cape. I also still feel cheated looking at my brother's copy on PS3 that has Kratos while my Xbox 360 version gets nothing (no, avatar costumes don't count).
 
If there HAD to be a guest character, Spawn (from the comics, not the movie) would be pretty solid. However, I would greatly prefer to have actual Mortal Kombat characters over guest characters. There are a number of Mortal Kombat characters that could really use some fleshing out and would rather see time invested into them.
 
If they would add a soul calibur character, it'd be Nightmare or Voldo. Sick character and one psychological crazy one. Both would fit perfectly.

Yeah, I know a bunch of people who dig it, but it's never really made sense to me. Some of the more grounded (less boob blast-based) stuff is fine, but all-in-all I definitely agree lol.

Old Anime, before it became all sorts of Japanese Fetish full, was amazing. Just look at Full Metal Alchemist, The first season of Robotech ONLY, and the first season of Bleach.

As for spawn, I don't care, as long as more characters keep coming, I'm good.

Not very awesome,IMHO.

Sorry I just feel that guest characters are a unneeded,unwelcome gimmick

just my 2 cents :)
