Harassment

You should let your teacher(s) know about this and your parents as well. If it continues, then go the next step and get the cops involved, if needed.

It's great to knock one's lights out but you will only get yourself in trouble in the day and age. It could also make the situation much worse.

Well, I read everyone's responses on here and I feel the need to say something.
Ok, so he is definitely a quilted dick head, at least to you anyways.
Any ideas why?
If he sees that you are soft, he's going to keep picking on you.
Is this kid crazy? Because it sure sounds like it.
I saw a friend of mine in the same situation as yours do the same thing, got the kid in all sorts of trouble.
Do you know what that kid did when he caught my friend alone afterwards?
He beat the shit out of him and raped him.
I'm not saying this will happen to you, but don't you think this will piss this bully off to an extreme level?
Like, "That little f*cking tattle tale, I'm going to kill him!"
Telling someone almost never works out, I'm serious.
Momentary relief is one thing, sure he is out of your hair for awhile.
Until he comes back, and he will probably be more pissed than ever before.

So, violence usually doesn't work in your favor?
I'm reeeaally going to sound like an ass hole here, but you gotta play the game I did.
My mom's boyfriend choked me out in front of my friends one time for no reason.
After I woke up, I waited two weeks.
As he was walking out of the house, I busted his teeth down his throat with a metal baseball bat.
Called the cops right after and said he walked into my swinging range.
Now that mother f*cker is living in florida with a set of fake teeth
So if up front confrontation doesn't work... just do what you gotta do.
I've given you my outlook on the matter but ultimately it is up to you.
Feel free to tell us what happens.

^ What he said.. But dont bring a baseball bat to school O-o one kid tried to do that and got expelled and i jail. Don't do anything stupid :)

This isn't the answer for everyone.

Not everyone wants to fight and he can get himself seriously injured or killed if he risks it.

Giving someone a beat down might work out fine and dandy for you and I but it wont work for every single person and the situation could end up FAR worse than it would have been.

I'm quoting myself here. I didn't tell him to do anything. I just told him what he could do, not what to do.
It's his choice, you just got to think of the pros and cons of the situation.

Um...when did I say that you said he HAD/SHOULD/MUST to do it?

I am making a point that resorting to physical harm is not the answer for everyone and can make a situation far worse than it could have been if he just goes and tells someone.

Let's say the other guy is a jerkoff but wouldn't go as far as busting his (Toxic's) teeth out because he isn't really that type of person, he just likes to be a prick and act tough and thinks no one will tell on him but he gets told on and backs off. If Toxic decides to take a swing, sure, it could result in that guy 'learning his lesson' but it could also go the other way and Toxic can get his ass handed to him, which may have been prevented if he didn't resort to physical harm.

I know that, and that's why I said the choice was up to him.
You quoted me saying that violence wasn't always the best course of action, and that is acknowledged by all of us here.
Of course, if Toxic was one for violence, he would have already decked this kid but he isn't and hasn't.
Which is why I said the choice was up to him.
So fighting isn't going to work here, fact.. at least a fair fight.
But, telling someone and getting the bully in trouble is obviously going to anger him more.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't kinda situation, right?
