Games you went masochist for?

fallout 3.. havnt beatn it yet

my roommate got that for PC and i remember trying it and after about 30 minutes i was like i am done. lol I stole everything and i mean everything. he was like why does your inventory have like a scalpel and a coffee mug. i was like it let me take it so i did lol

never advanced on that one lol

The original Pokemon are up there... goddamn elite four...

Ninja Gaiden's were pretty tough..

Sonic Adventure 1 50 percent on was hard as hell back in the day. Some others.. those are the one's that stood out the most though..

I didn't play any of the old school games, otherwise I would have a list of games.

The only games that I have had trouble playing is God of War I/II/III on the highest difficulty.

Boarderlands..and im still a sucker for it now.

SSF4

a hell of a lot of games back in the day. I could never do alex the kid when i was younger, used to p!ss me right off. And earth worm jim lol

lol how was borderlands hard? beat the main storyline on my first playthrough in a day otherwise doing everything else primary and side missions on both playthough took almost a week. after all of that i had just heard you could mod the game. P.S. DLC took me another 4-5 days (i got the game when all the DLC was out).

Ninja Gaiden

Not sure if you're talking about the xbox ones or the NES ones. Anyway, I played through Ninja Gaiden 1 on the NES recently, man that game was brutal. Act 6-2, the jump of rage inducing, controller breaking doom, I died like 20 times on that one jump when I played through it again. If you played that one you prob remember that part! :)

Wow I just showed my age...

Ninja Gaiden Black and Ninja Gaiden 2 on Master Ninja. I don't know what the hell I was thinking, but I jumped right into it without doing a normal runthrough first. I died more times than I can count now, but man was it worth it when I got to the credits in both games. Worst part is, I did it on a friend's 360 while mine was in for repairs, so no achievement for me! (This was before I knew you could download your profile to other 360s)

DMC3. I literally cried playing it on Dante Must Die mode. That game has no problem making you feel worthless, but totally worth it if you can make it through the whole thing. And I'm not talking about the Greatest Hits edition where they toned down the difficulty.

And of coarse there's the classics such as the early Megaman games, Castelvania(s), and Gunstar Heroes. I like a good challenge!

Metroid Prime

I got lost so many times during that game. You better pay attention to the very few hints they give you throughout the game, or you are ****ed.

Ninja Gaiden Series and Raiden IV. I lost track of how many times I get lost in Ninja Gaiden, but I can't resist the swordplay.

Super Street Fighter 4. When I was trying to beat Arcade mode with Ibuki on Very Hard, I started going MK, imagining how I could kill Seth after the battle XD

Sonic the Hedgehog. I had no feel for the game, I died every five seconds. But I wanted to finish at least one level, then another, then another...
