Frost for MKX

I am talking about his Spear. I've assumed you've read my posts so you would know that I could care less if anyone else possessed fire/ice, Scorpion's Spear and Sub-Zero's Freeze are iconic, unique special moves that should only be reserved for them.

And are you serious? Speak to a casual, the first thing that will pop into their head is "GET OVER HERE".
 
I did speak to casual (Friend who I invited to play MK). That was "toasty". I might have made a bad wording. Cause it seems in different areas scorpions is famous for different things. YES his "GET OVER HERE" is famous. But where I come from usually comes toasty and fire skull. Just an area thing. So just ignore what I said in the past, forget it and forgive.

Her mask could already give her more options to use ice attacks.

I gave her body suit with some armor at chest and abs area (not the sexy one, but the one which protects her), and the cloth on her while looks like traditional lin kuei uniform, it is actually a part of cloth she took from dead lin kuei ninja and just tied it up in the similar way as ninjas do.

Again I imagine that it suits her better not to freeze opponents but actually accelerate the speed of combat or more precisely her own movements and enhance her strength.

So for that reason she needs to be revamped in almost different direction from sub zero. Cause in from Deadly alliance to Armageddon she was like a shadow of subzero just female version.

I see where you're coming from. That could end up being cool but I'd personally feel more comfortable with another character. However, if they did have her, I'd hope they'd incorperate Kuai Liang in her story somehow.

Yeah kinda reminds of tarkatans mouth, but this one works in different manner. This is a mask which moves with Frost mouth. So she could breath Ice if needed.

This or original design from MKDA era... there she looks like sub zero copy cat. This mask alone already gives her some unique difference from subzero and other ninjas overall.

I would prefer her to be more brutal and savage/wild/beast.

The best thing about this whole MK time reversal is that now a lot of things have changed. Frost has an opportunity to be something... New... Unique... Interesting

Also I thought of three variations for her.

One could be her hands/arms covered in ice gauntlets (the one which is depicted in the picture). She could concentrate more on close combat. Gets close to enemy and unleashes destruction from her ice fists.

Second could be her using chains with blades. Not Scorpion kind of chains, but the ones where she has chains around her hands and uses them to attack from long range and give her good anti air. Also she could create some heavy object at the end of her chains and send it flying towards opponent. Etc

Third could be her having eyes "burning" in blue "flame" and cold smoke coming from her mouth. She could concentrate more on her ice powers. For example teleporting with ice. Throwing small sickles like shurikens\kunai. Blinding her opponent with frost cloud. Make ice traps. Etc

Yes Yes I know. We had MK9 beat the living crap out of Females... and pretty much any other game except mk 1,2,3,4 where some females had at least more practical clothing than female "ninjas".

Not to mention that was NRS's design of Killerfrost.

Well Injustice is a DC universe game. Everyone there by law wears bathing suit. NRS would be breaking the tradition, if they made armor for females there.

But MK.... as much as her head sucks. Cassie Cage is showing new hope that Nettherrealm started to understand. We don't need half naked girls in MK, just so we could be interested in the game.

Yes I played MK 1,2,3,4 a bit of deception at Friend's place and MK9.

The first ones had more practical clothing. Not all. But even back then kitana and mileena clothing you could kinda... just KINDA explain. But then in MK9 they rode all the way "sex sells" train. High heels, triangle bodies, absurd immature battle damage where it specifically rips certain part of clothing just to tease a player. No wonder lots of people showed a middle finger to MK9 female designs. That was way overboard.

Even so as I mentioned above. Cassie Cage design shows some progress. It seem character artists matured a bit and decided to go back to the days when they could get people interested in a game without bikini clothing and retarded battle damage.

P.S I liked Battle damage idea, but physical damage to the body was a bit stupid and damage to clothing was totally done in immature way.
