Flip stance button confirmed

Really? They just had to bring it back. So, it's possible to remove dash cancelling, make the characters run and add stage interactables, but they simply couldn't remove the flip stance button.

I'm surprised too... The flip stance button is the most useless feature i've seen in ANY fighting game !! I would be curious to know the reason why NRS programed this !!

But i'm VERY happy for the return of the RUN button !! I miss it so much since UMK3 ! It is very useful, and natural or me!!

There's no run button

My understanding is running is done by pressing the meter-burn button (which is also the block button I think) mid-dash, and holding it. Doesn't burn meter, but it does bring down your stamina. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Man, if they used 2D hitboxes, they wouldn't need to make the flip stance button.:soapbox:.
And stop making 2 buttons X-Ray plz, MK is not Naruto/DBZ games or somesh1t like that.

I think run was confirmed to be achieved by dashing while holding block, or something to that nature.

Oh you have GOT to be f.u.c.kin kidding me! They're dedicating a button to that absolutely useless piece of shit "flip stance", but they're gonna make me run by "dashing and holding block"?!?!??!!? Are those f.u.c.ktards for real!??!?

I want a Run BUTTON, FFS!

If there is a logical reason why flip stance is needed, then why don't make dash - forward*2 and run - forward*3 - this is easier, there is no need to complex simple things

Could people possibly overreact anymore to this? I'm pretty sure tag in confirmed not to be in the game now btw. I don't see how this is THAT big of a deal.

Virtua Fighter is the only major fighting game where the character's feet position in relation to the opponent matters. Ironically, they don't have a universal method of changing feet position without striking or going into another fighting stance.

Back to MK, it's useless perhaps, but isn't harmful.
