Also Sub Zero has ghost eyes and says We are tired of proving OUR innocence. I think Sub Zero and Noob Saibot might have formed into one character.

Dude, ...What? Didn't put a lot of effort into them? Stryker was a cop. Sheeva was female Goro. Reiko was Noob Saibot. Jarek was Kano. Frost was female Sub Zero. Kobra was Ken from SF. Kira was Sonya and Kano put together.

These new characters are WAY more inspired than any of those characters.

Do you want a Street Fighter game without Ryu and Ken? How about a Tekken game without the Mishimas? Or how about the New York Yankees without the Pinstripes?

Or how about the New England Patriots with JaMarcus Russell at quarterback instead of Tom Brady?

Agreed! Call it something else. If it's good let it stand on it's own merit. Mortal Kombat has a tone that all the characters and story lines fit into up to a point. If it don't fit it don't belong in MK.

Maybe you should play something not MK. I hear Injustice is pretty good or you could try MKDA/MKD/MKA those are barely MKs.

Is GTA V not GTA since it doesn't feature the same aerial view of the first 2 GTAs nor the same characters?

Was Resident Evil 4 not Resident Evil since it didn't feature the older characters or the same type of enemies?

again, I don't really care about those characters u mentioned, im not saying omg Jarek was the best thing ever. But im saying detail could've gone into these new chars to make them look more badass and fit more within the MK universe. Even then, Frost, Kira, Reiko, etc, YES they are pretty much clones or whatever... but after seeing what they did with MK9, do NOT tell me those chars would not be awesome with an MK9 style revamp. I have full confidence they would be able to make a unique Frost that's completely different from sub zero and a pleasure to play.

AGAIN, like I said, I am all FOR new chars that's fine. I just wished they were cooler than the ones they showed. the concept of a bug chick = good. the design = bad.

I never said I didn't like the first 3 games, I just said I am SICK of people stuck in that era! Seriously, if you want MK1-3, play those games themselves, play MK9, shit- you might as well go ahead and play Shaolin Monks. Do what you gotta do, but for the rest of us who want some new excitement in the world of MK, we embrace the new direction of this game. A lot of the characters in MK9 died, people have to get over that. Shit's gonna be different in MKX. Stop acting like we're still in 1993 or 1995.
