Maximum Damage was used in Mortal Kombat 4 that knocks both players back after one does a massive amount of damage towards the opponent. Do you think this should ever return?

- Never landed a major combo in MK4. Still, that sounds ridiculous. So, No.

Do you think Spawn or the Predator will be in this game?

- Spawn would be kickass in MKX. I use to play the hell out of Spawn back in Soul Calibur 2. Loved the movie back when I was a kid as well. I would welcome him with open arms.
Predator gets no love from me. He can take his Cool Runnings looking ass out of here.
 
Maximum damage in MK Gold was so over used by any Sketor player. The Red Cyborg was so overpowered weather you spammed teleport are a mixture with rockets and combos Maximum damage was going to happen.

Spawns cool, but only if he is done right. Predator is one of those maybes, I guess.

139. I don't know who either of them are, though I'm leaning a bit more toward Spawn.

At least one of them making the cut is likely. I'd like Predator, but wouldn't care for Spawn. Too bad Spawn is more likely.
 
Liu Kang was sort of the "main" hero of this game, do you think X has a main hero or no?

- No, I think it will be very much like Deadly Alliance where there aren't any definite protagonist.

Mileena has a brand new outfit in the comics. Do you think this look fits her as it covers a lot more skin, or do you think her 2011 outfit should be what she wears more?

- I don't care about whether or not an outfit cover up more skin, as long it looks cool. I think her new MKX comic look is alot cooler than her MK9 look, but not because it covers more skin.
 
140. I think there will be a group of heroes which consist of Scorpion, Cassie Cage, Kitana, Kung Lao, Raiden, Jacqui, and etc.

141. Both are very good. Her MKX outfit in the comics fits her because it shows she's a leader. Her 2011 outfit fits her for seducing guys to either manipulate them for power or to have them be her meal. ;)
 
140. Liu Kang is still the legitimate champion of Mortal Kombat. He should still be the main hero for that reason alone until he officially loses that title in a Mortal Kombat tournament sanctioned by the Elder Gods.

141. I'm on the fence with this one actually. On one hand, I was getting sick of these stripper-esque costumes the female characters have been wearing lately, but at the same time, the only character where such a costume was actually in character was Mileena (especially since this matches her slutty demeanor). To dress her up showing less skin kinda feels weird, and does seem to diminish her personality to a degree.

I think that MKX will have a number of different people that will step up into the hero role, with Cassie, Jacqui, Raiden, Sonya and Johnny being among them.
With the whole faction wars, Outworld civil war and other realms being able to invade factions, I think that MKX will be more about a group of heroes vs a group of villains trying to battle each other for supremacy.

I'm happy with Mileena's new costume in the MKX comics, and I'm hoping that if she has that same costume in the game, that the whole "slutty / scantily clad female" character stigma can also go away for MKX.
Cassie is also appropriately dressed for a military woman, and D'Vorah looks awesome.
 
140. I'm pretty sure Cassie Cage will be the protagonist of this game.

141. Feels weird and awesome at the same time. On the one hand, Mileena's supposed to be a "femme Fatailty" (bricked for the pun), so a, eh, smaller outfit, would likely have worked better. On the other hand, Mileena's an empress, so she's supposed to dress like a leader. Also, I'm glad the ladies in general are covering up more.
 
140. At first, I believed it would be Takeda, but now I'm starting to think it will be Cassie and Jacqui. However, knowing the past two MK games, Raiden will most likely still be the main hero.

141. I'm glad they gave her a more realistic look. The only thing I dislike is that it looks a bit too similar to Skarlet's attire (just less skimpier).

142. I'd rather it start off being in controll (like maybe 6 hits in) and afterwards I can watch the combo finish them.

- Meh. I feel there shouldn't be a Main Hero anymore. Especially how the story is building up since MK9 and through the Comics. Its just too dark and grim for just one person to be the Light.

- Mileena isn't the type to be respectfully dressed. Actually, shes the only one I want to see with ass out.
Her outfit in the Comic isn't all that great to me. Could do better.

- I would rather perform the entire Brutality myself. I like the challenge. It'll give my bloodlust even more satisfaction by pulling it off from start to finish.

Brutalities, IMO, should be 14-hit combos, in which you input the combo yourself.
I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being QTE or a simple Fatality input and you watch a 7-hit combo cinematic, though, to appease all the casuals.
Heaven forbid you actually make something challenging in a game these days, because people would rather buy it rather than grinding for it.


I know, I know.
I probably sound like an old fart to some people, but I expect brutalities to be something that you strive for, and not just a simple 4-button input.

- I would like for it to work as the Ultra Combo in Killer Instinct, that you make an input mid-combo which activates the Brutality, and then watch it play out.

I don't think MKX will have a main hero due to the different time spans being covered.

I don't care about mileena or what she wears. Maybe if I see it in actual gameplay/concept art I will have a different opinion.

Let it play out after input.
 
142. I'd like to be able to perform the entire massive combo. At the very least, it'll make actually performing a Brutality an accomplishment.
