Concerns

I do and other players as well, that's why those stages are banned in tournaments.

Wow lol

I've never dropped a combo because of those stages. Subway is my favorite stage because of the stage fatality and I've never went

"WTF I DROPPED MY COMBO BECAUSE OF THE SUBWAY!"

That's just silly.

It's not about dropping the combo :L

It's distracting, some people just want a stage with no bullshit happening in the backgroud so they can focus on the match.

I'd rather not have stages like the training stage in SSF4.

Might as well just make the background pitch black.

Maybe I can just multitask well because I can kick ass equally on any map in any game :mullet:

I would love to have a training stage with nothing in the background, it's not like people are going to force you to play it.

Well, I think Injustice should be just the opposite, have a background that does catch your eye, so that you don't constantly get hit with background props you couldn't see..

Vital, just admit it, you hate anything and everything in fighting games that has nothing to do with the gameplay itself, don't you

I bet if you had your way, you would only have one pitch black stage, nothing else

You wouldn't even put music in the stage, it would just be the sound effects of the attacks and the announcer

 This is kinda true

If MK9 had no music and every stage was the same, just a platform with a blank background, he wouldn't complain.

No? I played the MK9 storymode first before taking shit serious, and yea I would like ONE stage that has nothing distracting in the background.. I don't mind the flashy backgrounds and what not but I'm not paying attention to them at all, I understand people care about stuff like that but when it comes down to competition I want the blandest stage to play on. That's just me though, and dude.. Back in the MK9 wish list thread I said it wouldn't have been cool if the music was louder because I did enjoy the train station stage music. :|

That's a boring competitor.

I wouldn't attend that match at EVO :?

Well no, I take that back.

I would be cool to hear the crowd chant when you pull of a sick combo or something, but the stage shouldn't matter.. Some of the hypest shit from AE last year at EVO happened on the Training Stage.

I would be a more exciting competitor than Vital (but that's because I suck unholy amounts of ass at MK9, so people would laugh at me)

Why should the game matter? You're the one talking about AE being nothing but a Chess match the entire game..

Um... Vital stages should be your last priority lol.

IF you get distracted by random shit in the background you need more discipline. I mean... There could be 2 guys having sex in the background of Living Forest and I could still play like it's no big deal. Because your focus should be so hard on your opponent, that everything else is blacked out ANYWAYS in your eyes.

It's not distracting to a point where I stop pressing buttons or lose my train of thought, but I notice things going on in the background and all I want is just that one stage where nothing like that is going on in the backgroud, is it bad to ask for something so simple?
