Why? Quan Chi, Scorpion (as a wraith), Kung Lao and many more are confirmed to be in the game and they didn't appear in the trailer. So as far as we know, Reiko could be in the game.

I'm wondering when we'll get another trailer/stream or any info. I'm going mad to play this game. I've already made my decision: i'll be getting a PS4.

Well there's a bunch of Mileena and crew with Kotal and crew scenes. You see everyone involved in that business, from D'Vorah to Rain, Erron Black to Ermac, but no Reiko.
And in the comics Reiko is all over the civil war and making Mileena's entire strategy, but it has nothing to do with the amulet that is now the entire focus Mileena's plan.
Maybe there's a surprise though, just feel like the odds lowered a lot.

They are all blue and grey. I hope that the special forces outfits is the alt for all characters

Story looks pretty epic. Super stoked about how big of a role Cassie has. Would have liked to see more of Johnny and Erron though. Shinnok finally had a cool costume.

Your argument is false. Scorpion and Dvorah are so different. Can you tell the difference between cassie and jaquie if their faces were covered?

Yes. One is in camo + body armor and has giant mechanisms on her arms, the other in a bodysuit.
If it really bothers you that they all have a Spec Forces uniform, I'm sure their alts will reflect their casual life.

You're basing that off of a video where we didn't even see Quan Chi, who plays a major role in the story?
But Mileena probably does kill Reiko in the comics.

Most of the video was focused on Kotal v Mileena story arc, and their respective crews, which is where Reiko exists. His absence is noted, unlike Quan Chi or Sektor or Frost who have bugger all to do with that.

So who do we think the 5 character reveals are? Obviously Takeda, Jacqui, and kung Jin. Then I think Mileena is a pretty safe bet. But that leaves a lot of people in this video that wouldnt make the cut(does Boon saying 5 reveals mean only 5 from the trailer will be playable or could more be?)
I got my hopes up that we would see more Johnny after Boons tweet last night, but now the only thing giving me hope is he did have a new costume in his very brief appearance. We have 1 for sure reveal left for JC, Erron, Sonya, Shinnok, Rain, Sindel, Baraka, anyone else im forgetting? Who do you guys think it is? My guess is Erron.

Should be Erron I'd say. He has a model in the game, we see him in cutscenes. Erron Black required a lot or man hours, sketches and concepts and meetings at NRS, he's either comics only or playable, and now we know he's not comics only.
They wouldn't design a new character with such a detailed look and put him in the game if he's not playable. If you need an NPC walking alongside Ermac in front of the army, why create someone like Erron Black when there are existing types (Tarkatans and those face paint Kotal guys etc.) or existing characters making a presence, like Sindel revenant or Baraka.
But Shinnok is also looking very playable.

The fifth is Shinnok. Those five were revealed. Erron and the rest didn't get a proper reveal; they were blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments.

No, it's gotta be Li Mei. That scene takes place in the refugee camp for Outworld refugees. The woman talks about her village. It couldn't be any more clear unless they outright named her.

I wouldn't mind that being Li Mei, as long that's all she is. A cameo NPC in Story Mode.
