** Character Bios/Endings, Stages, and other stuff revealed. **MAJOR SPOILERS**

So I've read a bit about the story on MKO and from what I gather Smoke and Sub-Zero swap places in the new story so Smoke stays human but Subby becomes a cyborg? Now whilst on principle I prefer Subby as a ninja I could deal with him being a cyborg ... my main issue is why have both in the game? The story mode is pretty certain to be the new cannon so Sub-Zero will be a cyborg in the next game (assuming it's going to follow on) so why even have human Sub here?

I dunno, maybe I'm over-reacting but I just don't get the point of having both?!

It's one thing to spoil bios, something we normally see before the game anyways, or stages in the game etc., but I don't like seeing endings posted everywhere.

It's pretty damn awesome knowing there will be close to 23 stages in the game. It's around 27 if you count day/night variations. Sure beats the hell out of MvC3's 9, one of which is a training stage...lol. The stages in this game are magnificent too.

Wow, wow, wow... I'm so happy with all these epic bios!! I am going to avoid the story mode spoilers like the plague but these bios are just enough info to wet my appetite and get me even more hyped for this shizz. Here's hoping WBIE can overturn The Board's decision in time for the release. Not that I'm worried - I'll get it one way or another. Even if I have to suck a hundred d- AWESOME BIOS!

Both Johnny Cage's and Stryker's are appropriately hilarious. Love the dynamic they’ve foreshadowed with Kitana and Jade. The shokans having disparate lineages is a cool feature too, IMO. Will be interesting to see what, if any, interactions those three have with each other.

The bio I find the most intriguing would have to be Sindel’s. If I understand the rules correctly, I don’t need to use the spoiler tag here because this thread is about character bio spoilers. So, it’s always been a big vague mystery to me why Sindel’s resurrection would allow Shao Kahn to invade earth realm besides the fact that they had a sham marriage. So, now we know that she sacrificed herself as part of some powerful spell to protect Earthrealm, hence why her resurrection has negated it. I have to figure that Sindel must have been in on Raiden’s plea to the elder gods for a way of protecting Earthrealm. Perhaps in exchange for their agreement to institute the tournament for Raiden, the gods required a sacrifice and she was it. Love the way NRS is expanding on the mythos. Man I can’t wait to play through this story mode. Jizz.
 
Just read up on Sektor's bio and i gotta say I'm kinda indifferent about it for the time being. Though i know I'll probably come to love it when the game comes out.

I don't hate his new bio at all, I quite enjoyed the fact that they made him more malevolent than ever and that he's the son of the Grand Master now.

But the thing that made me raise an eyebrow is that from my impression is that it seem that they Sektor less loyal to the Lin Kuei and only joined as an outlet for his aggression (which could of been brought on because of parents issues :lol:). Sektor now seems to do things just for himself and only himself, cause it said that his "Ultimate goal is to become the Grand Master" which they made it sound like that he had this plan for a long time before his conversion to a cyborg.

In his old bio, i saw Sektor as someone who never question his loyalty to the Lin Kuei and will obey them no matter what the mission was and no matter how freaky it would get. That was one of the factor that I liked about Sektor, his undying loyalty.

Please PM them to me as well since the original poster dosent want to spoil them and is only posting the bios ( since im not exactly sure if the spoilers on the first page are a mix of bios and endings or just bios. Like for example cages post sounds like an ending and Shao Khan's sounds like a bio )

Sektor, loyal? He abandoned Lin Kuei and created his own clan Tekunin. Only in MK3 he played the role of loyal assassin, which was pretty much Cyrax's role too. I think it's great they have different storylines now.

Sektor was loyal to the lin kuei up till MK-Tournament Advance, but that is beside the point
it was just that loyalty before he turned is what i like
 
No, actually, I think you're talking about Nightwolf's friendship in the original MK3, where he would transform into the MK2 Raiden sprite, an MK arcade cabinet would fall down and the screen would say "I'VE NEVER SEEN A KANO TRANSFORMATION" or "I CAN DO A RAIDEN TRANSFORMATION". Kano was playable in MK3 and Shang Tsung could morph into him.
