The new 2012 Corvette Stingray.

I think it looks beautiful, but my only problem with it (looks wise) is that the rear end is a complete rip off of the new Camaro's.

I like how the body is sharper than the previous gens. Hawt American muscle.

In other news, I finally got my wheels on after having them in my room for almost two months.

The new Corvette C7 looks like garbage. It can't decide who it wants to copy, the Ferrari 599, the Nissan GT-R, or the Dodge Viper, none of whose performance it can cop. Plus, hella Autozone-stick-on-vent nonsense going on. Style-by-committee.

Honestly. It looks like something a 10 year old boy who's just huffed crushed viagra would want to drive.

Jinko, your ride looks awesome. Congrats on the new wheels. What are those? I bet that's real fun, more fun than my FF hatchback...which the main tuning/chipping company for Ford vehicles has basically said they're not going to invest money into chipping. I'm epicly pissed.

What the hell?

A Corvette is not a Corvette without circular back lights.

Corvettes are my favorite cars, this is garbage that they changed the lights. The rest looks great, just lame about the change.

I like the earlier Chevrolet Corvette model, the 98 one to be specific. I love the look of the exterior body of the car, the flip on front lights. Circular back lights. Just orgasmic.

Getting some new parts for my car soon, but already looking ahead to the next round of mods. Thinking of getting a set of race seats (to save weight) along with a 4-point harness system so I can go autocrossing/HPDE. It'll set me back about $2300 or so with the set of seats and the brackets to mount them, not including the harnesses. But, I can migrate the seats over to my next car/another car in the future, so it's not a wash.

Gotta decide between these colors:

With the new cold-air intake, intake shroud, and exhaust system, I should be making roughly another 20-25whp and 18-22wtq at the wheels, maybe a little more since I'm running 93.

My car is never 'too dirty' on the outside. The inside is a whole different story though. I'll leave a flyer or a drink in there from time to time, but most of the trash in my car, no joke, comes from one of my friends. He's left trash in my car, my friends car, no joke, even my moms truck when I used it for a little bit.

I still have a bottle he left in there all the way back from December and he was in my car the other day and I told him to grab it. He never did.

So me and my friend are going to grab all of our trash from our cars and throw it inside his car.

Well it's one thing if I leave trash in my car. It's my fvcking car. It's another when he CONSTANTLY leaves stuff in my car. He's no longer allowed to have any food or drink or anything else that could be considered trash in my car.

Yup. That's the way I do it in my car.

Lucky you. The same mods on my car will only give me gains of around 5hp. Mazda did a real good job fine tuning the 8. Speaking of mods, I finally caved in and purchased an intake with a cold air duct.

Oh, and got my coilovers on. :)

Yeah, the RX-8 is infamously difficult to get anything out of. You guys have mad catalytic converter and EGT burn problems. Something like 1100 C exhaust temps aren't uncommon with that car; it's insane! Freaking 2-rotor 13B wankel....

Your low looks great, especially with those wheels. Don't be too envious of my gains though. Once I install a header, without a tune, since we don't have one yet (The ST does though, lame), I'll be at around 180-185whp, and that's pretty much maxed out, since we can't reflash the ECU yet. I'm determined though, to become the first 200whp NA Mk III Focus here. I'm minimum 170whp right now, which factors to about 200bhp if you account for 15% drivetrain loss.

Strongly considering getting one of these in a year or so. Prices are starting to fall on them a bit, and they're just such decent sportscars...

I shot this car recently, and had to re-evaluate how I feel about its looks, the Ferrari 458 Italia. I used to think it was a kind of tacky looking car, and liked the F430 a lot better, despite the 458 being faster. Now, having seen the car in the flesh, and having had the time to leisurely take pictures of it, I have to say, the design is phenomenal.

Wow I have to say there some pretty nice looking motors, wish we had muscle cars in the UK :(

Cars has always been my passion, did 3 years in college doing automotive engineering, love to tinker. :)

One car I would love to own is Ford GT 40 Le 1968. :)
