But Red Hood uses more than just guns. Though I don't mind another Batman character really I like this one. Now lets say this was a Marvel game instead would people be complaining that there are too many X-Men characters? Don't forget Batman is the most popular in DC Universe.

General Zod's guns aren't like regular ones though like Joker's, or Deathstroke's. If NRS wanted to add a guest character in the game they should have added Shredder.

well superman is the godfather of comics plain and simple so without him there wouldnt be a batman so the most popular charachter argument is moot.

also in regards to a marvel type game yea id complain if the roster favorite xmen more than any other group or even charachters.

heres the thing the only real xmen anybody wants is wolverine and maybe deadpool thats it. how many people do you see saying hey we want morph or jubilee?
 
I don't see what could be done with RH. He would be a hybrid mix of Batman , Nightwing , and DS. MMH and PG I'm okay with , as long as PG isn't a Superman clone. Absolutely no to Sub-Zero. Scorpion doesn't belong so why should Sub-Zero be included?

MK9 had good DLC in Skarlet , Kenshi , and Freddy , but not Rain. There are more possibilities for DLC in Injustice due to the massive character pool to select from. I would personally replace Red Hood and Sub-Zero with Poison Ivy and Brainiac / Atrocitus (assuming they are both villains).

id love dlc stages . if there is one thing that i dislike about fighters its the lack of more stages

and yea i agree with you on manhunter he needs to be in but i dont get the demand for power girl other than horny teenagers wanting pixel tits to stare at.

scorpion had nothing to do with the story mode at all so why waste a spot on him?

now if he was in the storymode ok id get it but come on this was nothing more than a cash grab

None of the DLC characters have a role in the actual story mode. So why have DLC characters at all?
There's a reason he's in the game story wise. Trigon summoned, but couldn't control him.
 
The arguement between wanting and not wanting guest characters will never be settled. It's entirely understandable to have guest characters in games with smaller limited rosters. DC on the other hand has literally hundreds upon hundreds of heroes and villains to choose from. The #1 person who wanted Scorpion in this game was Ed Boon so Scorpion was included. The ratio of haters to supporters is steadily increasing on the haters side. Scorpion has MK. There was no need at all to have him in Injustice.

Yes Superman is and there wouldn't be a Batman without him. I meant was that the Batman universe is the most popular. Probably has more known characters then the rest. Superman universe does come in 2nd though.

Well there are many X-Men characters people would want. Wolverine, Deadpool, Cyclops, Professor X, Storm, Rogue, Phoenix, Magneto, Psylocke, Beast and Gambit. The X Men characters are my favorite from Marvel think they have the most interesting in Marvel.

Red Hood I think would be a mix between Deathstroke and Robin especially considering Red Hood is Robin(Jason Todd).

Are you kidding? :laugh:

Rain was the only DLC character that people requested out of those 4, and quite honestly THE ONLY character that belonged in that era given that he was part of the UMK3 era to begin with.
Quite frankly, Rain should have been on the MAIN MK9 roster, if you want to get technical.

I love Sub-Zero, but if they do put him in Injustice I hope he doesn't have that horrible Shredder costume.
Between Shredder and pony tail Sub-Zero, I don't know which one is worse

If Jim Lee does an Injustice version I hope that it looks closer to this concept:

My argument is, how does a character not belong in a universe where anything and everything happens?

Time travel, zombies, multiple dimensions, aliens, immortals, and all kinds of insane shit. And he doesn't belong why?
 
He doesn't belong because he was just in MK9 and he should've stayed there. That's my opinion so it doesn't amount to crap , but that's what I think. Freddy didn't belong in MK9. Kenshi is Boons 2nd favorite so he had to be in. Skarlet was brand new so it's understandable. The difference between Freddy in MK9 and Scorpion in Injustice is , Freddy didn't break the system of how the game worked. He wasn't even really that good.
 
Kenshi beats Freddy in zoning. Freddy needs meter to be really effective. I watched M2Dave lose in tournament with Freddy. Anyway I'm ducking out of these conversations before I'm globally hated haha. To end on a good note ... I hope there's a 2nd season pass for Injustice.

no one's hating, we're just debating.

And yes he lost, but that has to do with M2Dave, not freddy himself. He has the tools, he just doesn't fully have the representation. And yes Kenshi is better than Freddy, but how does that discount Freddy as a great character?
 
I suppose it doesn't. I actually mained Freddy for a while. I guess I just didn't see any high level players use him. It was usually overrun with Kung Lao , Kabal , and Sonya.

It seemed like MK9 was basically the Kabal/Kitana/Kung Lao show featuring Mileena and Cyrax. :laugh:
