Boon shows fatality concept on Twitter - which character does it?

Now, I would think he's saying Carlos, as in Carlos Pesina, who played Raiden in the 2d games. But that doesn't look like a Raiden fatality. It looks like something opens up inside of the character and lifts body parts on poles, so maybe a robot fatality (Sektor, Cyrax, Robot Smoke?)? Who do you think it is?

Yes, while Carlos Pesina did play Raiden in the 2d MK's, he also did a good bit of the motion capture for the 3d MK's... I'm fairly certain that's not meant to be a Raiden hint.

Several possibilities:

-Cyrax- he teleports inside of his enemy and rips them open, do remember that he would dismember himself and reappear and come back together in MK3.
-Ermac- telekensis can do that to someone...
-Jade- since a staff may well be involved, I wouldn't rule her out of the picture
-Baraka- he can also slice people to little bits...

OR

-New Stage Fatality- that involves impaling someone on a spike while they are dismembered limb from limb (by foul creatures, chainsaw blades, who knows?)

Awesome concept. It's funny how even Boon seems to envision entrails in fatalities but they never seem to make it into any of the games.

Why don't you consider Sektor at all?

I actually do think its Sektor and Cryrax. I don't think its a stage fatailty cause there is no way he can fall into or on top of that.

Nice bump! Forgot about this! This looks fukn insane. This has to be sektors second fatality but its hard to guess. This is definately not ermacs ^^. I would have to go with one of the cyborgs. They have all these gadgets and what not.

Even though it's another slice point fatality, it is pretty bad ass. I'm not sure who it could belong to though. Sektor seems likely but I highly doubt that he doesn't have a flamethrower fatality. Unless he has more than two fatalities, then it's possible.

I would say Sektor's 2nd fatality, but that could mean the exclusion of his flamethrower fatality, which is kind of doubtful, IMO.
