Best Character Re-Designs

So, a lot of the characters have been redesigned in this game. Who are your favorites?

For me, personally?

Cyrax and Sektor human alts.

Hands down, my favorite redesigns. These two characters finally have more personality and impact in the story. Not only that...but by choosing their human counterparts, the way they perform their special moves changes entirely, and I love that attention to detail.

Second to that for me is Ermac, particularly his alternate outfit. He looks more like a sorcerer now, rather than just another ninja. He reminds me of Shang's priests.
 
I like the way Noob looks allot with both his primary and secondary costumes. I also really like the Cyborg costumes and how they are differentiated from each other but all look Bad A$$ :).
 
I agree with all 3 of your choices even though I'm not a fan of Cyrax's and Sektor's human alts. Ermac does look beastly though.
 
I dont like Ermac's first costume, he doesnt look like the red ninja anymore and i dont like that idea.

Anyway his alt looks more like a red ninja and is a lot better, but he needs a bit more of red in his clothes.

I like reptile's mix of green ninja - warrior - saurian is a really cool combination. And noob's is great too looks like a combination of Altair and Darth Vader LOL, I also like Quan Chi's look and Smoke too.
 
I agree on the Stryker redesign. Between his new look and how he was in Story mode, Stryker went from being the series' lame duck to one of its most bad ass.

And I also agree with Reptile. I especially like the alternate color on his second costume, where his skin turns grey.
 
I'm going against the popular opinion here but i can't stand the new look reptile, for me in the originals he felt like a truly mystical assasin (especially the first for obvious reasons) but the new look and style makes him look cheap and dirty, do agree that the human incarnations of cyrax and sektor Are fantastic tho!

You are saying you like Human reptile more, but is silly having a humanoid lizard hidden behind a human costume, it makes no sense. in previous game was like that because they didnt have enough money to pay to many actors so they spammed pallet swapping.
 
Basically everyone except Sub-Zero for me. Young Sub looks far too bulky in his primary, he lacks the important unmasked costume which separated him from older Sub-Zero, and his alternate looks terrible. I get that it was supposed to look similar to Noob, but it just looks bad.

I always hated unmasked subzero. Doesnt look like a ninja.

Yeah I like the cyborgs human alts too.
 
Jade's primary outfit (her second costume is ok but it isn't the best because her lipstick is too red for the color of her face), Sindel's redesign, Stryker's redesign, Kung Lao's second outfit, Liu Kang's redesign, Mileena's redesign, Kitana's second outfit and classic outfit (I don't like her primary outfit much), Sonya's redesign, Human Cyrax, Human Sektor, Noob Saibot's redesign, Johnny Cage's redesign, and Baraka's second outfit.
 
I Love the Human Cyborgs they all look great and detailed. I also love the way Jax is looking in this game, he really got some love and attention done to his appearance. I like reptile now and I like his classic form, I would prefer the classic costume however, the newer models of him makes more sense.
 
My God, I hate Kung Lao's second outfit. It looks awfully assimetric and pretty weak in terms of design. His primary costume though is fantastic and full of details.

-Primary Smoke (I know some people hate his hair, but I'm a fan)
-Human Cyrax, I used to hate seeing Cyrax's face, but now he looks cool, and love the dreads
-Primary Noob Saibot
-Alt Nightwolf
-Old Shang
 
Stryker and Cage are my two favorite designs of the new game, the human cyborgs never really struck me as "good" just an interesting look as opposed to normally
