I do love the look, though. I just thought the way the pattern looks like classic Batman, it was funny.
I'd like that, but I honestly want them to stay the way they're going this time around. They dropped the Black and yellow design for a Purple and yellow, so I believe they're finally gonna be using more of her Black magic side like they did in MK4.

a poster on another forum research into Tanya's change of skin color by asking NRS Q&A employee 16 Bit. No comment was given.

However 16 Bit did reveal that he felt the best part of her outfit was the bottom half which has yet to be reveal.--

i wonder what kind of attire she could have on bottom?

I hope we'll see a picture of her full model soon. But something tells me we won't see that until after the game's release.

This character doesn't seem like Tanya to me at all. It seems like they gave Tanya's role to D'Vorah and developed an entirely new character with her name.

I dunno where your avatar came from but NRS needs to take note. Looks a bit like Demi Moore too, but I think that looks a better Tanya than the ingame one.

Probably a stupid idea, but I wonder if they lightened Tanya's skin incase she looked too much like Jacqui. Jacqui's skin colour is how Tanya should be. Someone needs to start a petition saying we want Tanya's identity back, y'all know they take notice of a good petition hahaha

I'm done talking about Tanya's skintone. I'm over it. Yes, they made it lighter, and yes, it sucks, but what's done is done and there's more to Tanya than her skintone. I've stated my opinion about it and I've done so on here and tweeted to Ed Boon as well about it, and that's all that can be done. I am not going to stay salty about it and keep complaining for weeks.

Moving on.

Here are the costumes I'd want for Tanya...

1. Primary
2. Alternate (A new design that I'm hoping is similar to her MK4 alternate, making her look like a dominatrix or an outfit similar to Mileena's 3rd MK9 outfit but in gold instead.)
3. MK4 Primary
4. MKD Primary

I hope in a future MK X Komplete Edition, they replace a new fleshed out DLC Tanya into the story mode where she currently rips off moves. Gosh, I can't simply forget how stupid it is for you to fight Tanya in the story mode, not once, but TWICE with two different characters in two chapters and yet she wasn't even included in the roster. The same for Rain.

Ed Boon confirmed that the DLC WILL have alts.

It seems they DID learn their lesson in MK9 with Injustice. You have to invest in these characters...

I'm all jittery inside. It's funny, I'm not one to give in to the hype, simply because I hate to get my expectations up and then end up getting disappointed, but now after having actually played the game and felt how good it is, I can't wait to get my hands on Tanya! And when Boon said DLC characters will have alts, I was all "YAY!". XD

I'm the most excited to how they're gonna make her alt look.
Will they be stringing towards classic tanya? maybe MKD sash will return? I'm so excited!

There's actually only ONE thing about her new look that has me puzzled: The bottom part of her top... I don't get why there's that extra fabric just hanging there.

I'm excited for her alternate as well. I get the feeling that, if she does appear in MK11, her main will be an updated version of her alternate in this game (NRS seems to do this quite often with their characters).

They also especially do it with Tanya. They kept bringing back her MK4 as her alt in MKD and MKDA but with a small amount of added cloth.

I'm hoping that her alt is something along the lines of the "#3" , that outfit is literally the best I've ever seen her as.
I want her alt to bring back her long hair or at least her MK4/MKD braid

I love #3 as well! I hope that's her alternate.

I also hope they darken her model -- they're clearly still working on it, as the 'coming soon' shows different facial features. (incubuslord's avatar illustrates that nicely!) I love the outfit to death but I do really want her to have the dark skin and more African features that she's always had.
