Hey guys.....I'm a first-time poster to these boards but a really old-timer to all things MK. Real quick, and I know this is gonna sound like a REAL dumb question. Why can't I find Freddy anywhere in the PS Store. I tried searching 9 ways to Sunday and he's not yet available for DLC. I live in the EST so this should've been posted by now, I believe. Last night someone was screaming online in the game room that he couldn't access him as of 2am EST.

Again, I know this is a REAL dumb question, but could anyone get me an answer to why I can't find him.....

Have you tried searching through the in-game store? I think PSN users should have already gotten Freddy.

And is your name from Sauron in Primal Rage?

Tho quite accurate to the jason movies. Admittedly I laughed. But I laugh at anything stereotypical/racist/sexist and anything that bashes on religion including my own because I think people are tolol sensitive.
 
I'm 360 user and I haven't gotten any patch yet.. wtf? xD got Freddy and the comp. pack already but it didn't auto update like the previous times, what do I need to do to get the patch? thx!!
 
The patch was only for PSN users concerning Freddy. Nothing else besides getting the Sub Zero costumes.

He's not up as of 2:30 pm EST. Haven't checked since though.
 
Wow seriously? so that means we, XBOX users have to live up with the boycotters? :/

I tried the PSN Store and got nothing.

Unfortunately, I pretty much only play MK so I am not familiar with Primal Rage. I'm also quite a bit older than what I perceive most people on these boards (let's put it this way, MK 1 was an arcade rising star when I was graduating high school).
 
Trouble with Freddy DLC on PS3?

So Freddy's up on PSN. Went to DL him and it showed that the file is only 100 KB. Thought that was odd, but figured it had something to do with the large file size of the 1.04 patch last night. Went to go access him in the character select screen, doesn't show up. Anybody else having this same issue?

FYI Freddy's ending is funny as s%^t, a real throwback to the 1984 original. Wonder if Heather Langenkamp is going to be contacting Ed Boon real soon.

Another question, when can I get unmasked subzero, someone I was playing against last night online had him and I've downloaded all of the DLC listed in the store to date.....
 
Re: Trouble with Freddy DLC on PS3?

Move the cursor to the gold arrow to the left of Rain in 1 plyer mode. Should expand DLC characters to include Krueger. He IS NOT VISIBLE in character select until you go to the DLC characters and move the cursor.

Is there a video of Freddy's initial reveal?

As in, when that trailer was first shown at Comic-Con, in front of an audience. Apparently, the reaction was massive, and I wanted to see it. Is there cam footage?
 
OK, now how do I get Freddy OUT OF MY GAME!? I downloaded the compatibility pack and low and behond, he's there on my select screen and I can play as him. I've tried deleting, redownloading, but nothin. I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact I have season pass but I don't know. I've tried getting rid of that too but then no DLC shows up. I REALLY REALLY REALLY DON'T WANT HIM... like ANYWHERE near my game.. but I'm boned on that aren't I.
