I have this trophy on PS3 with 10 Ranked matches played. It didn't pop till I had almost 200 wins though, not sure why

Seriously this is ******** I'm sick of this goddamn game i just want my damn achievement. Are all of the achievements glitched like this? I was reading the comments on xbox360achievements and one guy had to win 153 matches just to get the damn achievement and he had only had 22 disconnects, which means hte achievement is ****ing glitched.
