you know it's sometimes hard tell if they are being serious or not with some of their articles.


but since we've all seen people come and go on this forum who want horror characters added in the game, and every youtube comment on mk9 is about adding a horror guest. And every interview with Boon always ends up in questions about guests. Let's face it. I bet they are being serious with this article
 
No more guest characters please. They might as well create another game to fulfill people's horror fetish, but for heaven's sake leave MK alone. That crap doesnt belong in MK.

Finally...someone...who..said it!
When I want to play Mortal Kombat then I don't want to see Freddy roaming through the living forest or Kratos fighting on the pit, it's just sooo out of place, not as ridiculous as Superman or Batman in MK but still..
The sad thing is, I can already tell there will be a lot of guest characters in MK10. Hopefully they're not gonna pack the game with all 10 of those horror characters just because they fit with the gore in MK.
