Yeah. You want to hear that one good reason? Cause it is a MUSEUM, genius. It is to preserve old history, not the present. Give another 50 years and you will see them in art museums as well.
Maybe you meant ART GALLERIES? Cause they are about what is going on NOW. I can give a massive list of art galleries, that show digital art. And I am not talking someone drawing 5 cubes and calling it a painting with "deep meaning". I am talking pieces where guys managed to achieve more, than their predecessors who were limited by the tools of their time.
