Mileena dies, but this is Mortal Kombat. She'll be back sooner or later. Besides, if you didn't see her death coming, I don't know what to tell you. Shit is incredibly telegraphed since she's the antagonist at the center of one of the major plots.

Shinnok and his amulet are an ever-present threat. Considering he's the unlockable character, he's pretty much the only real bet for final boss. Still just an assumption, though.

I've been playing MK since MK1 (don't take this to mean me saying she was in that game, obviously she wasn't) and I've never cared for her, I'm glad you are a big fan of hers but she doesn't rate higher than any other MK regular.

Errr, I don't know how to put it kindly, but let me say this: no way D'Vorah is healing a head that is clearly separated from its body.

As for the final boss, some people are saying that the guy who got the game (the one who streamed it) said that the final boss is Kotal Kahn. That's where it started. Soooo... (of course it can be BS) And as for Mileena dying, the one who said she would die when releasing Shinnok is the guy who's full of BS, spreading false information just for the sake of attention. Mileena will die in the most obvious way possible, which is in a battle related to the power struggle between her and Kotal.

I´m gonna pretend I didn´t read anything you wrote.... Because that´s the most crazy sh@t I ever read...
I mean, I love Kitana and all in the forum know my passion and devotion for her... But I won´t say she´s the most important MK character or that the game would die if she´s dead or something like that... Neither Mileena nor Kitana were responsible for MK success... they´re popular characters and that´s it... and Kitana´s thousand times more popular than Mileena, Not counting Mileena´s only Kitana´s failed clone...
If they decided to give Mileena some story potential in this game doesn´t make her the best character or anything.... She could die like all the characters in mk (except for scorpion because he´s Ed´s waifu, but that´s a different story)... So, I recommend you thinking with some coherence....
If Mileena dies you could continue with the game, and now I´m gonna tell you a REAL FACT: all the rest of the fans will continue with the game, because Mileena´s relevance for the story can be easily replaced!!!!

I relooked at the picture and im unable to see how her head is separated from her body. To me it still looks all there. I'm not doubting mileena dies in the story and even that she dies in this scene, but I don't think it's her severed head d'vorahs kissing
