Noob Saibot in MK X?

Why do people even want Bi-Han to be Sub-Zero anyway? Bi-Han as Noob Saibot is waaaay better.

Because, opinions.
I personally want Bi-Han to be able to atone for his mistakes and "make things right" with Scorpion, so to speak, to squash the beef once and for all.
I'd like to see Bi-Han also make up with his brother, and make amends, given that they ended on a wrong note in MK9.

Those are things that I'd love to see Bi-Han do, which I don't think are possible as Noob Saibot, given that he's tainted and evil as Noob Saibot.
Bi-Han as Sub-Zero was never "evil," per se.
Sure, he was a bit of a dick and had more of a stern attitude, but he didn't become evil until Quan Chi resurrected him and tainted his soul with the infused NetherRealm wraith.

I wish Noob Saibot was in. But it doesn't look like he'll be there at launch, likely Ed Boon will use him and Smoke as possible future DLC given the popularity of those two. I actually wouldv'e preferred if they combined Noob saibot and smoke as one character: Noob Smoke from MK Deception. They could be one ninja with a mix of Noob and Smokes appearance, choosing different variations will alter his appearance to look more like Noobsaibot or Smoke, as well as the specials moves associated with the variation. Just my thoughts.

I don't like Noob and Smoke being one character, and I don't understand how/why they'd do that again. Smoke is his own person (that Czech guy) and Noob is Bi-Han after death. Why should the two be arbitrarily combined?

I'd rather see Smoke with a cyber form alt. costume. Noob? Possibly, but I doubt it at this point. He's probably in an NPC somewhere anyway.

Karen Strassman voices both Kitana and Mileena, but they aren't the same character. Steve Blum could voice both brothers.

To be fair, though, Mileena is a clone of Kitana with Tarkatan DNA, so she is identical aside from the obvious. Having the same voice makes sense, whereas Bi-Han and Kuai Liang are siblings.

Lots of relatives sound similar enough to be voiced by the same actor. I get routinely mistaken for my dad over the phone by people who know us both very well.

Right on. I'm just pointing out the possibility that it could go either way.

Gotcha. I definitely agree. In fact, these days I'm leaning away from Bi Han being a thing in MKX. Just not based on Steve Blum's participation.

Agreed. I'd be a little shocked if Bi-Han didn't atleast get a costume, cameo or atleast some kind of mention. Noob-Saibot was the only character unaccounted for after MK9 if I'm correct. That would be one heck of a harsh way to leave it for all the Bi-Han fans.

Thank you.
Exactly.
He was neither dead or alive at the end of MK9, and at least some closure on him would be nice if he's not in MKX.
Let him have survived as Noob Saibot, or killed off or back as Sub-Zero (if only for a brief moment).
Anything rather than just leaving his story unfinished.

Unless I misunderstand, you can add Sheeva, Kintaro, Cyrax, and Sektor to that list.

We'll find out what Kintaro has been up to in the comic, though. The others are MIA along with Noob.

Well, it's likely we will find out the identity of Sub-Zero's masked costume at some point in story mode. I'm not sure about Noob Saibot; I very much doubt he'll be playable, but I'd be very surprised if he doesn't make an appearance as an NPC.

Don't really no if anyone agrees but my view is noob will return. noob smoke has been done before and was very successful. Also smoke is a Enenra which we do see him turn into In his ending. also could be the bkood smoke monster we see.
noob has havik in his ending and like I have said before reiko, noob and havik are a reinvention of each other when they couldn't fit them into the specific game and now cleaning them all up.
Not saying all of this will happen but I can see many ways for noob to come back either intact as he has been, bi Han removed leaving a more sadistic noob, noob smoke or using reiko as bi han by getting havik to trick him into releasing the blood demon and coming back as noob-reiko. haha. chaos anyone.
sick of the usual boss characters.

I never want to see Noob-Smoke be a thing again. However, in story, if Noob still lives and Smoke is still an enenra, an alliance between them would be kinda cool. But as in-game tag-partners? Only if the MK has a tag mode and the two of them stays individual characters.

Only mention noob smoke as I can't see both coming back as individuals, but boon has a number of pics of these guys together. He loves this shit.
but with the variants It could make it work.
Just having havik appear straight away makes noobs ending a possible canon ending. just in my own mind trying to link characters and events together.
thinking scarlet maybe behind the scenes trying to resurrect shao khan too. One of the only blood characters.

Smoke will definitely appear in the game, as a revenant, but the chances of Bi-Han appearing has dropped significantly, i still feel like the masked Sub Zero can be Bi-Han but maybe its just wishful thinking...

Is the mortal kombat wiki accurate at all. are bios canon because noobs bio has a nice ending and his ending in ladder mode is interesting with havik

Mortal Kombat (2011): "Noob Saibot's origins are unknown, but he is likely a revenant: a fallen warrior resurrected by the Netherrealm sorcerer Quan Chi to fulfill a dark objective. Noob has been assigned to aid Shao Kahn in his acquisition of Earthrealm. A faithful servant and a recent addition to the Brotherhood of Shadow, he will obey his master, Quan Chi, and complete his mission. But he is biding his time. Noob Saibot has a dark objective of his own."

also if noob is not a huge future character why does raiden see noobs creation as something to change. In the current time line he doesn't do much before being kicked into the soulnado. He does more in the previous time line. why even bother.
