MKX Fight Pad for PS4/XBOne

So what do you guys think of it? Personally, it looks good, but I'm not sure if it will improve my performance in the game.
It has a d-pad, arcade style micro-switches, a six-button layout (plus two shoulder buttons), and it is wired.

Wish I could just use my Saturn controller on PS4, like I could on PS3 (using the 3 in 1 PCjoybox adapter).

That d-pad looks bad.

Reminds me of the Sega Genesis controller... wasn't very good for UMK3 in my opinion. But this one's dpad looks okay.

Remember how madcatz used to be back in the late 90s early 00s? Yeah that's how PDP is today, I'd stay clear of this.. It'll be a broken piece of junk in a week or two.

Yeah, PDP is making it. Bummer. Although let's not rush too quickly in making a final judgement. I'll wait for reviews or someone who has used it hands on.

Considering that the ship date is April 1st, I'm sure you'll be able to get it at Amazon Canada perhaps by sometime in March, closer to release.

I'm going to buy the MKX controller as soon as it would be avaliable for Europe.

Hope it's going to have force beedback integrated as an original Xbox One controllers.

It's kool for nostalgia, but I really don't see how it could be more efficient than a PS4/XB1 controller.

Yup, you are probably the only one. The d-pad just feels more natural for a fighting game.

God where can I get one of those!!!! All I can ever find are the cheaply made wanna-be saturn controllers.

Saturn controller is probably my favorite, one issue I have using my adapter is the regular Saturn controller has no select button and MK requires you to leave no button unmapped resulting in me not being able to get the pause menu without unplugging the controller.

I needs one of those. :bawling:

If X-rays are the same comand in mkx as they were in mk9 , won't this controller be a massive pain to use ?

I use a PS2 to PS4 converter made using the Hori Fighting Commander 4 PCB.

Yup. I owned one of the standard versions of this controller. After a couple weeks it just stopped working completely.
