The Official MKX Live Stream - January 29th

Anyone else think that the story is going to end on a massive cliffhanger considering the digital series sounds like it's going to be a continuation?

We saw her moveset, I'm not talking story wise since IMO the importance of story in a fighting game is like 10% at most.

Her moveset is way more original than anything we have ever seen from Tanya. I'm not saying they can't make a decent or even great character (gameplay wise) of her, they sure can, but from what we have right now (past games Tanya and new D'Vorah) you've got to admit, ladybug is infinity times better.

For what it's worth, Ermac and Onaga were my two favorites for main boss, with an off chance of Reiko and Daegon. The Liu Kang talk was destroying me inside. It makes no sense at all in context of the story.
 
Ermac as the final boss would be totally unexpected, really a surprise returning character.

But I just want to see him today and I can rest my head knowing that I didn't read the whole plot!

Anyway, surely he would be badass...but something tells me that if it happens, it wouldn't be by his will.

Nope, she's not better & she'll never be. Btw Sinestro from Injustice called he wants his fighting style back from Bug'Whora!!!

To me it seems just as likely that Boon is messing with us by hinting this much at Ermac, only for it not to be him on the stream.

Also that voice in the teased fatality, that is definitely not Ermac. I think it's a new character and someone's doing a stage fatality on him.
 
I wanna stress again that this "leak" has a 99% chance of being BS. Don't want anyone to get too excited or mad about getting spoiled over nothing. People post stuff like this on 4chan - across the whole internet, actually - all the time and most of the time it's somebody messing around. This applies even if Takeda is revealed today, because Takeda would be an informed/intelligent guess, for several reasons.

See, he says part of the story is to make sure Onaga doesn't return. Doesn't mean that Quan Chi is the one trying to do it.

And remember here. The true evil is always the One Being. That's who is really the one pulling the strings.

I know, but the One Being is more interested on Onaga than on Quan Chi. The sorcerer would try himself to do it, if he revives Onaga, that would be HIS doom.
 
Ermac being the main bad guy won't make much sense since he would be free from Shao Kahn's control now. Without Shao Kahn then he should become good similar what happen in the original timeline.
