I wanna see Bo' Rai Cho.

He's like the trainer of Mortal Kombat.
Surely a game that focuses on new kombatants could use a trainer.

And if Liu Kang really does end up being an evil god, Bo' Rai Cho would know a thing or two about his weaknesses.
Things he could be teaching to the new characters.

Because in the entire MK universe, only one trainer exists. lol

Bo' Rai Cho needs to gtfo.
 
And exactly what would the outcome of the MK1 tournament have been if Bo Rai Cho actually DID gtfo again?

- Introduce the chaos and order realms, along with Havik/Hotaru and more.
- Mileena and Rain have a more prominent role in the storyline.

In MKX you can combo into a throw.
And if you use an EX throw you leave them in a standing position. No word yet on if you can combo after this or not though.


I can just imagine some crazy ass Storm Lord Raiden setups with throws and lightning orbs.

I just remembered when I played X-Men Next Dimension for PS2 that's why I mentioned it. My combos mostly ended with throws.

Liu Kang might have lost the tournament? Shao Kahn would have won? Bo Rai Cho was the key master of Liu Kang... soo no one knows really what would have happened, but most likely it would have resulted in the defeat of Earthrealm as Bo Rai Cho himself is from OutWorld so he most likely told Liu Kang about all of the Outworld fighting tactics and styles.

Exactly!

No Bo Rai Cho = Outworld wins 10 in a row and Shao Kahn owns Earthrealm legit! And if Bo Rai Cho competed himself and won, the result would've been the same due to him being native to Outworld, hence the need for him to train Liu Kang in the first place.

First of all, Goro IS pre-order DLC... (Do you even Mortal Kombat bro?)

Secondly, most of those have a slim chance of making it in so your good...

Finally, Havik, Hotaru, Shinnok, Quan Chi, and Bo Rai Cho all have a decent chance. I guarantee at least 1 or 2 of them will make it in.
 
I would like for Jade to return, but I can imagine her being a low priority, not only by NRS, but also by the fanbase, so I would understand if she didn't return in MKX. However, instead I would absolutely LOVE to see Reiko and Tanya in MKX. So crossing fingers for them. ^^

I understand Rain was deconfirmed by Boon in an interview which I feel is a shame. I was really disappointed that he wasn't on the main roster in MK9, but we instead got Quan Chi, so was hoping Rain would be more prominent in MKX. Alas, it seems like Rain will always be the joke character that no one really wants. :/

I'm somewhat wondering if Skarlet will be in MKX, or if she was just a DLC bonus character for MK9 and nothing more. I quite liked her. ^^ I also completely fell for Kenshi in MK9, so I hope he will return to MKX. MK9 made me also like Smoke, as I've never cared much about him before, but loved his iteration in that game. And I am also one of the few who prefer Cyber Sub-Zero over the human one, but since we obviously have a human Sub-Zero (whoever he might be), the cyber version will most likely just be for MK9.

Anyways, here's a list of characters I hope to see in MKX, put on a list:
