Say YES/NO to MK characters coming back

Why are we talking about Benedict Tanya? Or Tanya Iscariot? She's not until the VERY end of the kharacter alphabet.

With a WHOPPING 16-0 Vote, Cyrax gets a big, fat YELLOW, YES!

(I'm not counting the vote where Cyrax was referred to as a "she"... Seriously?)

Personally he gets a NO from me. There are many reasons why, I can go on and on, but the main reason being he was a focal point in the story that almost ruined Mortal Kombat.
 
No for Daegon as a playable character.

But at the same time, I would like him to return as an NPC whom we could get to see in the story mainly because of his involvement in other story-arcs besides the Armageddon one. Daegon was the one who invariably responsible for Shao Kahn being able to annex Edenia with ease. Also I would like to see more of The Red Dragon clan. Canonically they are one of the oldest existing clans and this would have been around the MK4 timeline as well. It wouldn't seem to far off for Shinnok to approach Daegon for help considering their past. The Dragon-Human hybrids and Caro's ability to open up portals anywhere in the world would be quite useful for Shinnok.

If at all he returns as a playable character, he would need a serious revamp though, visually and gameplay-wise.
 
No - I think we all know how this will turn out.

I like Deagon. I think he's cool but I can't see him having relevance to the current story so I'm going to say no.
 
Guys the point of this is to tally the votes and rank them based on percentages and what not when we're done going through the roster. So no, we're not skipping characters. I'm only doing this because MK_ShaoKahn is busy with life and I asked him if I can continue on while he's busy, and I'm sticking to his rules. Once he can continue, I'll stop. He is the one who created this thread after all.

Absolutely NOT. For the same reason. He plays a huge role in one of the worst MK games ever. I can't even see how they could factor him into the story without using the Armageddon story. He also bores me to tears. Same with his brother.
 
Nope. Shallow character with no reason to return to the roster. I agree that the Red Dragon could return. But Daegon has no need to touch an MK roster.
 
Definately a NO!

There is nothing interesting about this character, a rushed character with generic fire abilities created for the purposes of a rushed story mode.
