Jesus, guys, this takes forever! Do you realize it took you a WHOLE YEAR to create just one complete character and it was a copy of existing model (Scorpion -> Sub-Zero)? At this rate, this will be finished sometime around 2021 (no exaggeration or sarcasm intended)! I was about to ask what's with the hold up, but then I scrolled back and everything was crystal clear.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that all this nitpicking is not only radically slowing what was already a slow process, but rather KILLING the project altogether!
Now, I'm no programmer and as much as I'd want to help get this thing going, I can only contribute by offering an advice. And it's a sound one!
uKer, bro, no offense, but you seriously need to step down... I know you mean well, but your constant insisting on splitting hairs is what's going to put an end to this (once) ambitious and promising project!
And before your friends come to your defense (and, make no mistake, that is only because they are your friends, not 'cause what I stated here is not true),
let's try and summarize things before and after you got involved in everything: Before - Two chars completed (Sub & Scorp) with two chars in early development (Cage & Liu Kang); After - Two chars completed (Sub & Scorp) with two chars in early development (Cage & Liu Kang). Harsh facts speak a story of their own... In fact, if it weren't for you, we'd probably have a completed Liu Kang by now. Sure, you helped create parts of intros and endings, but overall, bearing in mind that's all that is done over a course of a year, it's next to nothing. No disrespect, but the way your interventions are slowing things down, you are more damage than good.

IMO, Bleed was doing an excellent job on his own with absolutely no need for anyone to lean over his shoulder and point out the flaws in each pixel.
Once again, I don't mean to insult or anything... I'm merely pointing out the way things are. So, uKer, if you honestly value this project, I expect you to at least drastically lower your ridiculously high criteria regarding details. To tell the truth, it's an unforgiving overlook on the behalf of the rest of the team involved in the MKR for not noticing this and taking actions. I understand we're all buddies here, but friendship itself won't do much good in getting this project on its feet. I mean, we're not talking about making a treehouse here, right? Come on, guys, snap out of it! Don't let us down like this!
