Did you see that Bleed posted Scorpion's second ending? Can you work on that next? Once that is completed both Sub and Scorp are totally done.

Wow, that looks freaking amazing Bleed. I could be wrong but maybe give him slightly larger teeth and a higher gumline, where you almost can't see the gums.
Started on this one, many parts need change, lighting, dimentions, hair...

Made some changes to Cage's face so that Scorpion kind of looks like he's his own guy - but still familiar to the old low-res arcade version. Not sure if this is what we were going for but it made sense to me at the time.

@Mos3s, you did it just right! Changes are sublte enough so he's not Cage in ninja outfit yet they don't stray too much from the original.
The only thing I'd add is checker pattern on his yellow west, for consistency sake.
Also, can you experiment with few different flames on the background, it looks good but maybe it can be even better? Great work man, as usual.

I agree with MrMos3s. Looks incredible, but needs higher gums and probably bigger teeth.

bleed, you are the freaking GOD, GREAT WORK MAN... to me it looks great the way he is, I would like to see what MrMos3s will do to this one.

Nice MrMos3s...I think making his vneck shirt a bit shorter would look better, similar to the original.

Yeah the quilted pattern should be in his vest. It's there in the original.. it's just that the resolution doesn't let it pop very much. One can mostly see it on the left side giving the vest sort of a rough appearance.
Cage's character screen portrait looks good but something looks off about his mouth. Perhaps it's the redness of his gums. I don't know. Looks great otherwise though the feel\style of it is just right.

I agree, I think this could be an easier edit for MrMos3s than for Bleed having to re-render it. What do you think MrMos3s up for the challenge?
Its probably better to do Cages teeth through photoshop by using a real image, MrMos3s should be able to do that
