i feel as if he doesnt fit into mk. idk, thats just my personal opinion. its hard for me to take him serious.

Tanya was never in MK3...

Ermac has a MK1 costume as a reference to the mythic Error Macro glitch in MK1, and CSZ has a MK3 costume as a reference that he replaced Cyber Smoke. Nothing more, Skarlet can't get an MK3 costume, she was never in MK3, but she could get an MK2 costume, since the red Kitana glitch (which never happened) was in MK2. But Tanya can't get an MK2 or 3 classic costume, if she is realesed (god, please no) then she could get an MK4 classic costume.

Why couldnt Skarlet get an MK3 costume? Who cares when they were released? All you have to do is color swap.

Most of the people cares, because it wouldn't make sense, is like an MK1 ninja costume for Rain, he cant have one, it wouldnt make sense.

I guess Im under the train of thought that the costumes dont necessarily have to coincide with the system they were released on. You mentioned the two people so far that they have done that to. You gave a reasoning as to why you think this was but NRS did not specifically give one. So they could give Rain, Skarlet, or whoever they want whatever costume they want ... just because they can. With that being said, I dont use any of the downloadable costumes ever. Skarlet, on the other hand, doesnt have an alt costume so I would at least like to see what they are going to do with that.
 
I wish we had some playable bosses; I would have when`t into hysterics if we could play as Goro or Kintaro, or even Shao Kahn. But then again, these characters were extremely over power in-game, so maybe they thought assess to them would be practically cheating. Damn, I can already see a capable Shao Kahn in the hands of a MK master...

I never got into playable bosses (Not Tsung or Quan Chi but more Goro/Kintaro and Shao Kahn type) cause of what you just said ... they are simply too powerful. Playing them on, say, MK vs DC makes you totally dominate all other characters. Its just not that fun. If they could seriously balance them, the down side would be they simply would not be the same character anymore.

agreed! i don't see the point of "they weren't in that game" so what? Skarlet is a ninja give her the classic ninja outfit. its just a palette swap lol the more costume options the merrier.

all for boss characters as playable. they could easier turn down their damage meters. would be fun why not?

As mostly hated as the MKDA-MKA players are, i say scrap them and build new characters, or bring back some cool ones from that time, like Ashrah and Li Mei for the females, and Havik and Hotaru for dudes.
