The older episodes were so damn funny. The new ones... are just terrible. All the charm and clever humor they used to have is just gone. I wish they had stuck with the old writers instead of the new, crappy ones they got.

Agreed one hundered percent lol. Back in the early 00's. Friday night at 8.. good times. I hate the new episodes. It's always Squidward fighting with spongebob, lame. Old sponge was the best cartoon ever, I strongly believe the old episodes were meant for adults lol so much underlying adult humor.

OT: Rain should have been in the game, he is too good for DLC and he should've gotten a klassic by now. Oh f*cking well, I will be downloading him first.. get in line, kids LOL.

new spongebob epesodes suck and are always about plankton trying to teal a crabby patty. Those epidodes were fine back then, but they overdue them now, and its pretty obvious the writers arent as good when they always use a simple plot devise such as plankton stealing the formula. Also Spongebob has no personality now. All he does is smile and act overly happy. And they made his voice even higher. the show sucks and needs to die. I miss the old ones.

and rain should have been a starter and not DLC, and its funny how all rain fanboys were scared he wasnt going to be added as DLC
 
They knew what they were doing with Rain. I can't speak for them obviously, but to me it seems they kept him as later DLC to keep people interested.

I can see it now, greedy producers get their hands on the rights to Animaniacs. Just like Smurfs and Alvin, they will continue to make shitty movies with CGI characters mixed with real life. Fart jokes throughout, Excessive glorifying of Hip-hop culture, you get the idea.

90's cartoons are next, dont say I didnt warn you.
