I get the same thing... and the same error... I bet they're teasing us lol!
Is it me or does it look like Rain was released a day early? Too bad I can't download him yet. I keep getting XBOX Live error 800700E8 when I try downloading him. He does not appear in the XB Marketplace though, interestingly enough.

NRS is not responsable of MicroSoft errors with Live's Store.
If they realese stuff early and it has downloading issues its MS's fault.

It's not on the marketplace it's on MK and of course not all the blame goes to NRS but it seems like they have problems every DLC they release

I bounced out of Practice mode and went back into the DLC menu. Rain was removed.

Rain should be the best seller DLC in MK9 and maybe that way NRS starts to give him more credit. In the poll Boon posted, Rain was more popular than Kintaro, Sheeva and Stryker, right behind Sindel, Goro and Nightwolf and yet they didn't include him in the game, go figure...
