I personally think that Kitana and Jade MK2 costumes are a waste, but I'm getting them anyway because I got the season pass. I don't have to just "be grateful" because I've pumped $75 into NRS's game that doesn't provide the best online, doesn't release full content for every DLC character and does repeat DLC for character costumes now. =\

You need to chill out mate some people like the old classic skins (including me and not for nostalgia) so they are not "garbage" this is only your opinion. I will also not use this skins because i don't play with the female characters but i don't complain because this doesn't mean anything, other people do.

well since a lot of people didn't get the dlc klassic costume pack this may be good for them. plus they kinda need to download it so that everyone can play rain online.

that being said I'm not to excited about it but then again i was always hesitant to use the klassic costumes because of the desynch issue so it doesn't really bother me.

Nice stuff, these MK2 costumes are cool, always loved them. Kitana now has 2 options way better than her alternate 2nd costume, she looks much better in MK3 and MK2 outfit.

Any free costumes are better then none. But I'm disappointed that we are getting more costumes for Jade & Kitana, because they already have klassic costumes. I was really hoping for something new. I thought "blueberry & lime" might be hinting twords a klassic Sonya Blade & Stryker. I guees that would have been too good to be true : /

You know after seeing that trailer that was released today. Im happy about them. They look so much better than the mk3 costumes they got in my opinion. The hair looks much better. i didn't really get the whole ''Bun'' type hairstyle LOL.

But anyway i sure as hell hope its liu kang and kung lao that are next. I have wanted lao's klassic since day 1 when MK9 was released.

It's funny a lot of the people that are complaining that they get two sets of classic costumes saying how it's unfair... they wanted another for subby and reptile.

It's free... just stop already, they release what they want. I don't play as Noob, Smoke, Cryax, or Sektor... you think I'm mad?

You people are pathetic; these are free, get over it. If you had to pay for htem, it would be a totally different story.

You are buying Rain, and getting these two costumes. Your not buying these two costumes.

I really don't see the problem.....

I think they are "Ok". I don't plan on playing as either of these two, and these costumes aren't exactly a nudge in that direction.

IT WOULD BE COOL IF KITANA had her classic silver fans from MK2 and sound fx as well
the new ones are to big for this mk2 costume

I don't main Jade so I will probably use the outfit once, just like I used her MK3 costume once. It's more just to see how it looks than anything.

Please come out with the MK1 Raiden costume. Check your mail for a special envelope full of scantily clad pictures and get back to me =)

Would have been unfair for Noob to be almost invisible in certain stages.
You'd never know what kind of shadow he was throwing out.

Hehehe, guys, now i'm sure what the last klassic outfits, with last DLC character will be:) They are UMK3 male ninjas (maybe Scorp and Sub, maybe all of them, who knows)))) It's easy to guess as we don't have alike-looking fighters anymore, we have MK1 and MK2 male ninjas, cyborgs, MK2 and MK3 females. So onlu UMK3 male ninjas are left to be released as a "pair" or a "klon kompany", LOL)))
Anyway, I'm happy to see MK2 chicks, i always loved them and their long legs:)

Ah, forgot to ask. Does anybody know, is it possible in 1 player arcade mode to make the comp. opponent wear a klassic *or alternate* costume?

Yup, the last 2 DLC will be pallete swap costumes as well, either MK2 or UMK3 male ninjas, and it's going to be Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Since all the free klassic outfits have connections in one way or another, it makes sense for Scorpion and Sub-Zero, since they are rivals.

Unfortunately no, there is no way for the CPU to use different outfits in ladder mode, which sucks.
