Next klassic set discussion..

Who applys to that other than reptile and sz...already have klassics

My guess is they were referring to Bull and Shit.


I think they just threw out random flavors(?) to throw us off in a mindless guess-fest.



But gun to my head, I would agree with others that it is Sonya and Johnny Cage.

Maybe MK2 or UMK3 costumes...
Or unmasked Sub and Human Reptile or Dino Reptile...
But as said above it could just be a trick because of Cyrax and Sektor being Ketchup and Mustard...

Pretty much what I'm thinkin' in a nutshell.
 
My guess is lime and bluberry = Jade and Kitana, which means...

Rain, Jade (MK2), Kitana (MK2): Edenians

Which probably means...

???, Mileena (MK2) and Ermac (MK2 or MK3): Kahn's warriors

Could be Skarlet instead of Ermac but I think it's less likely because only people who own Skarlet could use her klassic costume. Still a possibility though.

And if the ??? is Kahn related, then ??? is probably Reiko.

Agreed. I don't see why they should get additional classics before other characters have gotten their first. I have no problem with people hoping for it (to each their own and all that jazz) but I don't see why NRS would go that route. Give everyone else some love and then come back around again if they're really looking to pile on the costumes (classic or new).

I don't much care about Jax's classic but Shang Tsung is definitely on my list alongside MKII Kung Lao. I may not play him in MK9 but he always looked so badass and mysterious back then. If they gave him his MKII look I'd prolly give him a try just because of that haha.

Don't think this is going to happen, not right now and not for free. Palette swaps are economical, specific character costumes are not. NR will probably end up making them down the line, but I'm betting they'll charge us for them.

UMK3 ninjas please. With just one skin set they can take care of all the ninjas, similar to what they did with the mk1 classics.

There are no more palette swaps at their disposal.

Well if I'm right and the upcoming klassics are Jade and Kitana, Mileena and Ermac (or Skarlet), and all MK2 with one possible exception, then we still have not only Scorp, Sub and Reptile MK2 left, but also all UMK3 male ninjas. And potentially klassic cyborg for Cyber Sub. So still plenty of palette swaps to go.

After that I'd personally like to see some costumes from the ladder endings, like Liu's and Kabal's.

- Sonya (MK 3)
- Johnny Cage (MK 1)
- Raiden (MK 1)
- Liu Kang (MK 3)
- Kano (MK 1)

Im thinkin that its possibly an alternate for Cyber Sub as the Un-Masked Mk3 Sub-Zero(I know im probably alone on that one.) Which Id like to see. And the 2nd one is up in the air for me. I have no idea who it will be, but I would like to see Kano in his MK3 attire. And Shang Tsungs MK2 look.

Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Jade and Kitana's mains are revamped versions of his classics, and they have classics though...

I see more differences between MK9 Old Shang Tsung and MK1 Shang Tsung than with MK9 Sub-Zero and MK1 Sub-Zero or MK9 Kitana and MK3 Kitana.

Though I dont mind, who they are, classics are boring at best to me.
