Yeah, that is very true. But when companies say they "don't know", that almost positively means that there is a price. If it was free they would be advertising it heavily.
 
i wouldnt buy it. unless ur a fan of the main 3, scorp, reptile and sub, who have the extra 3rd fatality. couldnt care less about the retro looks. looks cheap to me. i would buy Skarlet/Kenshi though because they are full on new fighters with 2 fatalities each and stories. Now THATS worth it. New levels with stage fatalities are a good buy too. costumes are just that, costumes. doesnt add anything new. it's purely cosmetic. but again if your main fighter is the ones I mentioned, the extra fatality makes it worth it if you want it. and of course they are gonna charge for it. duh. who wouldn't? people dont work for free.
 
I will buy it just for the Fatalities. The costumes are cool. But I'm not dying to get them. Let's be fair, DLC is indeed a shitty model for selling stuff that could have been, or IS already on the disc. But in the end, it usually costs mere dollars.
 
I'll buy it but I am very upset when games put stuff in the game then release it as DLC. I mean you fight your way up that 300 challenge tower seeing stuff as, cyber reptile, classic costumes, goro playable. Then in arcade the 4 secret kombatants. What do u get? Koins (that you don't even need after you finished story and a few ladders cause u have all the krypt) Where's the fun of unlocking ppl after a very hard fight? Imagine facing Secret Klassic Noob in that fight and if u beat him you'd unlock his costume.

I don't think its fair. MK has tons of characters to release as DLC if they want, and costumes they can design costumes for any character, we get new costumes every game so they could make their DLC money and still have the game have some cool unlocks. (Quan Chi, CSZ and Mileena alternate, nobody else XD, I was expecting more)
 
I will buy because I am always a sucker for DLC. Yes, I know that I'm the reason that developers shit out DLC blah blah blah. I like new content, sorry.

Yes, bundle them with Skarlet! That would be nice. I've been waiting for her and Kenshi to be released.
 
Lame. I wouldn't buy it. Only 3 classic fatalities? Ummm no, give me something extra with the other characters. Don't just focus on three. And it's already on the disc so what's the point? Better be free or I'll be the few sporting primary and alternate costumes.
 
Hmm... Since this content is now non-free DLC, I'm wondering what the "free stuff" Boon mentioned at PDP is going to be. That is, unless, this classic pack was intended to be free, but the plan was changed.

I dont care about the price. Its only $5 bucks FFS. The Kostumes were pre order bonuses. I personally dont care that they were on the disk or not. People didnt pay for them at launch and therefore shouldnt get them for free
 
I also remember Boon/NRS/someone stating that they wouldn't charge for content that is already on the disc. There goes that, haha.

But I'll still buy it, loool. =D =D
 
I guess ill buy it seeing as it's only 7 or 8 bucks to get 500 microsoft points on the xbox itself so it's not that much. But if they made the price higher then that i would of passed on them. I also wonder what that free stuff he mentioned is going to be now since this wasn't it.
