I think Sub-Zero's Bi Han costume is the best. It has a unique feel and I like every part of it. Smoke's masked costume was a very good addition too.

sub-zero's alt is the worst costume in game i hated it, it looks horrible from the mask to the shoes i cant believe some ppl like it, subby's primary is flawless even on noob it looks wack i only use noobs primary and alternate color.

But out of all of those... my FAVORITE would have to be either Smoke (default) or Kenshi.
 
lately I've been using sub and scorpion as a tag and I play the classic mk1 or the alts costumes. and how awesome is scorpions alt? and sindels sexy alt. <3
