The 3D model in Kahn's Coliseum is slighty diferent, so or they edit it or it's the "real"skarlet
also the models are called:
Prisioner KI = Kitana
Prisioner TA = Tanya
Prisioner XI = "Skarlet"

I've known the xboxhackingportal to be very reliable in the past. This is definitely legit, so why don't you read the description of the video for once.

I've seen this before, but I don't think that its actually her. I think someone hacked it, I mean, whats up with the mileena pic? She has no intro? they do no combos or special movies, just press one button at a time, someone could have made this with a hack.

If you read the description on the video, it'll explain that the Mileena image is just a placeholder. She doesn't have an intro because she's a wip, thats why she doesn't have any unique specials or anything just yet. But her character model/render does already exist on the game, as she appears as a background character in Story Mode quite a few times.

It's a fake hack done by someone like the bosses playable hack and her voice is Liu Kang's voice higher in pitch (is that possible?) so it sounds like Miss Piggy. But it's not real AFAIK.

good find, I glimpsed at her combo vid for about 5 seconds but looked away, because she is completely brand new and want to be surprised when I play as her, but good find :D
