I think Sheeva will be revealed first since she was only showed in a drawing thingy and not in actual gameplay.. and Smoke has always been secretive and cool and all that, plus he's human this time and he probably looks amazing like all the others so far (the whole saving the best for last thing)

and as for the Rain slot, my thought about Quan Chi was that when you unlocked him, he would appear in the actual select screen so if that happens, no Rain :( unless he's secret and selected in another way? or , Rain is in the final slot, Quan Chi is hidden and selected with another way. I have hope either way :D

That 26th slot on the normal roster is pretty empty there..... and technically Rain is the only one missing from the roster from UMK3. But Rain was spotted in this video in his old character model(like Tanya, Lei Mei, Frost and a bunch of other cameo only characters):

I think 25 is the starting roster, all unlocked, as read on the australian ban document.
And we'll get to see one of the two left in Raiden or Shao Kahn's next videos, most likely Sheeva, since she was already sighted.
I won't be surprised if they keep Smoke concealed until the release date, but I think eventually he will show up before.

:P I mostly liked it because of the way that person said 'hey boon'. his attitude is like.. 'hey mofo, you let smoke slip yo' :P anyway I am sure they will reveal smoke too at some point, probably last or before kratos and keep kratos for the final promo days/videos/events whatever. all the voice leaks have been legit so far :D kabal's too, so Smoke's coming up either this week or the next one

LOL! tbh though, this COULD be retro Smoke indeed. it's not like it costs them anything to show this one, it's the same for everyone, just on grey this time. I crave to see what they did to human Smoke this time, I'm VERY hopeful. every character looks great, has many moves, new moves, enhanced moves.. hell, I became a kabal fan now officially, I liked him before but I love him now. really looking forward to what's next
 
I've also noticed over the years, even since I was a kid playing MKII in arcades, that people still say Kung Lao, Shang Tsung, and Shao Kahn wrong. They almost have to be taught how to use the short A sound. SHAO. Not Shayo. Lao, not Layo. They do it fine when rattling off lame characters like Hsu Hao. Why?

Yeah, I hate that. People pronounce Tsung like sung. It's SOONG. People also pronounce Sake like sah-key, wrong! It's like sah-keh but the last part is pronounced quickly. People also say "rayden" but it's actually pronounced r-eye-den. The vowels in English aren't the same pronunciation as in asian languages. When ever I hear people pronounce these things wrong it reminds me of that guy from inglorious bastards that pronounces things horribly.
 
Man, I was hoping for a new character in the game. I hope the final slot turns out to be somebody completely new. I remember Boon mentioning that they where starting to think of along the lines of having a new character. I hope this happens.

Ahahahah! Dudes, you wouldn't even know all the ******** I've heard in my arcade years, both wrong spelled names and/or urban legends about the characters: I'll just say that a kid used to say CITROSODYX instead of Cyrax... :|
How he came up with such a verbal monstrosity is still unknown...

It doesnt matter witch one they reveal to me im happy either way, It would be cool if they announce Smoke like they did Noob Saibot that would be bad as a mofo!

dude trust me, those are NOT the worst ones. do you know how many times I have seen people pronouncing it 'scorpian' ? or rayden? or sector? or striker? as if that fat cop played football or something in the striker position :P the worst ones for me though are the 'cute' things people try to call some players like 'subby' or crap like that. it's almost as if they were talking about their puppy-pet or something
