I have developed a hate for Valentine's Day over the last few years, due to the over-commercialization of it.
It's too f****** cliche.

I give my girlfriend flowers and candy throughout the year at random days instead.
It's not just any candy, it's the candy she likes.
Why???
Because it means a lot more when you do it from the heart, rather than because some prick on TV tells you that it's mandatory.

I still get her stuff on Valentine's Day (or I'd never hear the end of it), but she knows that I HATE the holiday due to the above reasons.

I don't hate Christmas, but I do hate the fact that the f****** ornaments go up before Halloween.
People forget that there's a holiday between October and December called Thanksgiving.
Although Christmas is over-commercialized, I let it slide because I get a full week of from
work.

Agreed with both. I still attempt to celebrate them the right way, though. At least important ones like Christmas. Valentine's day is a bit overblown, I must agree with that.

Also, props to all for turning one of this yoyo's topics into a decent conversation.
 
I've developed a hate for it since I'm a loner that will move out in the middle of the forest with a cat and a mysterious machine that can produce alcohol and hide bodies for weeks ;}
Well I'm not too sure about the body part. And it's not that I have a problem getting a partner (both guys and gals get crazy over me) but I'm just not that interested in them these days. I've devoted all my time to chemistry and biology! Science for all! ;}
And a bit of occult mumbo-jumbo never strikes bad either.

I wish I could find a girl who loved MK as much as me. I have to hide my love of the franchise in my current relationship, she thinks games are a stupid waste of time. I love MK more than her, but MK can't touch me :/

I kan get a girl easily. I am taken right now but I have like 4 girls(And I am talking and messing with them all) that are really jello of my gf. Today I cheated on my girl for one of her best friends(which who is apart of the four). But honesly I want my ex more than I want my gf(who is apart of the 4). I had to let her go cause I couldnt stand what she did to me during our break up! It fills me up with anger and hatred! So I had to let her go before I start treating her like shit cause my anger is really bad. I told her we will get back as soon as I get over it. And now I am still trying to get over it. Hopefully, I will get thru this and tell them hoes I got my main girl.

EDIT: Get her to love it! I got one of my ex gf(my 1st love)to get into Mortal Kombat.
