So what would you keep/change for MK9?

Not to be rude or offensive in anyway, but I think this MK should have a sex minigame like in the God of War games. In this mode, you can choose 2 fighters to do it with eachother while hurting eachother. Whoever gets hurt most will get defeated and winner does a fatality. It can be male vs female, female vs female, or even male vs male. ;-)

The sex parts would be censored though. The camera will be focused on the characters' heads or even above them while they make sounds. And you have to actually press a series of buttons before the opponent presses it first (i.e. the button "X" appears on the screen, someone has to press it first in order to get credit.) Who ever presses most of the buttons first wins the game and does a fatality on the enemy. Now that sounds better. ;-)
 
overall am happy with how the game looks and plays but i would change a few things

first- please change sub-zeros fighting stance,i dont like his new stance at all, this is my favorite character, they need to give him his classic stance from MK1 thats the best stance of all time.

second- they need to give the ninjas more speed like umk 3, the ninjas need to have the quick jabs and straights to the chest and face follow by quick kicks side kicks to the stomach face and follow by a roundhouse, if mk developers are reading this u guys need to put it this way to give us original mk fans that good old feeling.

third- u guys need to put the test your might challenges it wouldnt be a true mk return if they dont put this. and since there is so many turbo controllers out there u guys should make it a (QTE) QUICK TIME EVENT to make it more challenging and ppl cant cheat and whoever compleates it first wins and breaks the object they have in front of them.

just these 3 things i mentioned will make it the best mortal kombat.
 
If Motor Kombat were to ever return, I hope the figures of characters will be nromal size and not miniatures. It would be cool to see how the vehicles look like when they are in their normal size.

Uhhh... no thanks. Your preoccupation with sex doesn't mean sex should infest everything you or anyone else is interested in.

If you want something like that, just go look for some anime porn or whatever. Im sure you can find something MK related, then you can join their website, and stop plaguing this site with your horrid posts.
It seems odd to me how focused you are on the sexuality of this game (especially the women) and other less important factors like the fatalities and such, honestly I think people like you in the fanbase play a big role in the dilution of actual gameplay into gimmicks and mini-games. Yes, a large part was midway low on money and trying to make attention grabbing extras solely for the purpose of selling more copies, but people like you encourage it.
WB is listening to the fans much more this time around, and while im SURE this will not be in MK (2011), things like these shouldn't even be brought to attention. And while i've never expected to say this, and hope i never have to again, TWO DUDES PACKING FUDGE IS NOT MORTAL KOMBAT!

After imagining how this idea would work I lost belief in the world and am now confined to sitting in a chair and staring out at the world with an empty glare for the rest of my life.

Hey, God of War 3 is M rated so there is a chance for such things to happen. Oh and I understand why you talk that way to me. You're only 17. So I'll be considerate and let you know that it is normal for someone young and be uncomfortable with such ideas.

Childish? What is so childish about an M rated idea that is almost AO? There is nothing childish about sex related stuff at all. And yada yada yada blah blah blah with all your complaints. I'm just here to share my thoughts and have fun. Nothing more. Nothing less. ;-)

X-Rays:
I think Mileena's X-ray move should be changed to something more original. I mean, I'd want her to use her weapons and show that they are impaled on the guy through the x-ray mode. For Jade, I would love to see her whack the guy's skull and actually cracking it with teeth falling off. Basically, I can't wait to see what x-ray moves my favorite characters will have.

Wanting a sex mode in a video game (a fighting game, no less!) is as childish as it gets. That is a request you'd get from the 10-14 age group. There is absolutely no reasonable need or incentive to adding such a bottom-of-the-barrel retarded mode to a game that is supposed to regain the series' old-school 2D die-hard fans.

If you want sex, then the Internet is your best friend; 98% of the Internet is full of sex.
 
I think a more fitting term would be immature. Grown-ups don't need to have sex involved with everything they do, and even normal teenagers aren't as "interested" in sex as you are. (Yeah, they're into it, but they don't need it to be part of everything they do.) If it's been a while since you last got any, that's fine, but that doesn't mean everything you or anyone else is into needs to be infested with explicit sexual acts.

There's also the idea that video game sex is generally seen as funny, not arousing, but your interested is more of a means of getting off, and that's just plain perverted.
 
I'm not a prude, but find the idea of performing sexual acts while injuring another person is nothing short of disturbing. It doesn't serve any purpose as fighting game, and the resources put into that mini-game could have been used to tweak the core game. It would soil MK's reputation and possibly hurt sales and the future of the series.
 
Okay, this is getting a bit out of hand. Whether you think the idea is perverted or not, let's just move on and get the thread back on track. This is only going to get worse if it continues, and I'd rather not see an incredibly disturbing flame war erupt.

Thank you! I was just trying to share my ideas and all of a sudden people start to attack me. I mean they can disagree all they want but know one should be trying to put me down saying my ideas are stupid. Oh and attacking me like that is immature.

Anyways, in MK (2011), I will make a video of Kurtis Stryker being the victim of all fatalities. Kind of a ryona thing you know if he makes it in the roster. ;-)
