Toronto’s Garden District will be welcoming a modern designed mixed-use condominium – inde Condos – by Menkes Development. The condo development, which is currently in pre-construction, is located at Dundas and Jarvis. Retail and commercial space will occupy part of the podium.

Bogert Condos is a new condominium and townhouse development coming soon by Greatwise Developments, is located at 325 Borget Avenue in North York, Toronto, and is now in pre-construction.

This new condo development will have a collection of towers tightly knit together, ranging between 21- 27 storeys. Six elegant condo towers will be paired with a series of townhome blocks together with retail space. According to the developers, a number of the towers will actually share podiums featuring a curvy shape that will mimic the Don River’s gentle sway.

What we have here is a failed attempt to mooch off of SAO's success with a bland protagonist forgettable setting overdone tropes awful characters.

Hey there! Yes Bleed, Arq Hawkin (mario subzero avatar another 3D artist), MrMos3s (photoshop guy) are all involved to some degree still. We're making great progress. Wish I could share more with you but I can't right now.

Mr. Calactyte sir, hope all is well. Been a while since ai kept up with thenproject, just checking on it now. Is Bleed still a part of this? And I'm trying to think of the others that contributed. I remember there was one with Mario as Sub Zero for is avatar and another who was the main photoshop guy. Hope great progress have been made. Cheers
