Punk pop and alternative music.There that somes it up.I can't do the screaming thing.Im not that angry at the world lol.I love the happy sounds.Blink 182,Fall out boy,All Time Low...And many MORE!!!!!
 
My taste varies from time to time. I have currently over 11,000 songs on my Zune from all sorts of different genres. I don't do any techno or country. But here are some of my current favorite bands/artists.

...Where is the pop-punk you were talking about? Daggermouth, Latin for Truth, Set your Goals, etc?
You seem to only like radio rock.

Oi!, streetpunk: bands like **** Sparrer, ****ney Rejects, The Business, Section 5, The Last Resort, Hard Skin,...
Hardcore: mostly older bands, most new bands are fancy pants who seem to forget what it's all about. Favourite bands are Blood For Blood, Death Threat, Sheer Terror, SFA, One Life Crew, Congress, Kingpin, Leeway, No Redeeming Social Value, Slumlords, Wisdom In Chains (best modern hc band in my opinion, glad to have Joe doing guest vocals on my band's album),..

But also like some ska, normal rock, punk, hiphop (decent hiphop not the bling bling stuff), dubstep, drum 'n bass, accoustic,... from time to time

Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Death Metal, Grindcore, Thrash, Crossover, Darkwave, Old Country, Industrial, No Wave, Goth, New Wave, Ska Punk, Oi, Hardcore (the real kind, not that screamo crap).
 
Yah, they're Alright. I'm more into Batmobile, Guana Batz, or The Quakes.

I also totally forgot to mention Power Metal, Folk Punk, Troll Metal, Riot Ska, D-Beat, Crust, and Powerviolence

like stated above, I love *real* hardcore as well as classic, Alternative hip-hop, real emo music, 90's post-hardcore, as well as some free jazz and hard bop is pretty much my taste with a little niche 90's genre called slowcore that I'm in love with as well
 
Gimme some rock and metal and I'm a happy camper.

Though if I want to be calm and wind down (especially doing homework), I will throw on some classical music.
 
I'm extremely ecletic when it comes to Music, except that I hate every single crappy style originated from my Country (Brazil), like Samba, Axé, Pagode, etc.

But anyways, my inclination on musical taste varies with time.

Currently I'm listening mostly Celtic Punk... Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, etc...
 
Old british metal such as Saxon, Motorhead, Black Sabbath. I do listen to Megadeth, Metallica and plenty more but mainly listen to Motorhead. Had a drink with Lemmy once at Download festival, down to earth guy!

I prefer Canadian Celtic punk. Try bands like:
The Dreadnoughts
The Mahones
Real MacKenzies
