Umm... It works fine with me all the time. Have you tried redownloading reptile then placing it back in the data folder? It may fix the problem. If that doesn't work I don't have anything else that can help you. This is my only suggestion, ask GuanxYu if it continues to not work.
EDIT: What does it say for the error? I may know what to do then.
