Well according to that article, we're gonna loose a lot of our fav. characters in MK:Arm.

So... Scorpion and Subby look like their out of the picture... Maybe Stryker too.

I hope these characters survive:

-Liu Kang
-Kitana
-Sonya
-J.Cage
-Frost
-Rayden (though I think the next character will replace him)
-Fujin

I have a bad feeling that 75% of the characters will end up dead forever... :cry:

So while its 'great they have everyone in it!' its also 'Good bye, forever for more' to the idea of ever seeing many fo the characters again.
 
As long as Scorpion and Kitana survive, I'll be fine. In addition to them, though, I'd like to see Subby, Smoke, Jade and Noob stick around for sure.
 
heh, I'm gonna conform and say Sub-Zero and Scorpion. Its just not MK with out them

But I'm gonna go in a completely different direction here. I'm hoping all the minor characters survive. Or at least most. Like characters from one game. Like Stryker, Rain, Sheeva, ect. I think they can make a name for themselves in future games if they're played right. I don't know, but that's my thought.
 
In the magazine scan (before they were deleted) said on the left side that they were NOT getting rid of the more iconic characters (they said that sub-zero and scorprion are definitely staying), but they are giong to wipe everyone else out and add as much newness as possible.
 
It was a little difficult to read. Doesn't matter though.

You know I think they may kill off Sindel so Kitana can become queen of Edenia instead of being just a princess.
 
I recently had a thought that they could just choose a representative from each realm to stick around in the future. In other words, they could have Sub-Zero representing Earthrealm, Scorpion representing the Netherrealm, Kitana representing Edenia, Baraka representing Outworld, and so on. Basically the champion of sorts in each realm would be a classic kombatant.

Just a thought, that's all..
 
I would like scorpian, sub-zero, blaze, sektor, cyrax, noob, smoke, and reptile to survive. the day that scorpian and sub-zero leave mortal kombat for one game, thats the day I commit suicide. :)
 
did you read my post I said "and". to answer your question, I hit myself with a sludgehammer, which knocked me out until umk3 came out. thats why I like umk3 and not mk3.
 
Nah don't bother. Its not worth presuing. I wasn't being serious in the first place. I know you said 'And' for both of them in the first post. Its just a bit of me wondered (but not seriously) if you were one of those who didn't like scorps not being in MK3.

Ah! You take it too serious. :wink:
 
I think Liu Kang, Sub Zero, Sonya, Cage, Scorpion (hey, isn´t he dead?!), Kitana, Sindel, Jax, Kung Lao, Stryker, Nightwolf, Kano, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi and Bo Rai Cho will survive.
